Medtner's music is just so magic!
Sometimes I wish more people could truly appreciated Medtner. His music is of significantly greater substance than appears on first hearing.
No 2 is so great with the late shifts of tonality in this simple motif

@@spiritwanderer777 He literally wrote down that they are just improvisation and practically you should not really take them that seriously. He was too humble, these are masterpieces!
