Hi Natalie. Thank you and subbed you right back, Can I give you a tip? You have a lot of loose cable moving near the coil, try to take up most of the slack higher up the shaft. You only want a small loop with a fastener nearer the coil, just enough so you have free cable if the coil tilts either way. Make sure that when you detect, the cable is not moving. That will help. I found it was okay, but we all find different detectors are different for all of us and our different fields. ATB MMMD
