I was impressed at the depth you have with that coil I have the same setup on my second Vista X My best find with the 11 inch octagon coil I got a 1830 busted cap at 16 inches with a steady signal. You have a couple of videos in the 40 minute area I thought at first it was long but looking at it I thought what it would be like to be there doing the same and what you were saying was easy to understand just by doing the same thing you did but you have to focus on what was said then it's easy I would like to see you test the abyss the discriminator is different and interesting as what I Saw on the Deep tech video I would like to see if someone could convince them to expand the discrimination range on it and the other ones that are 2 tone
I have a Vista X . Keith put the xs octagon on turn your gain and threshold at 35 I can pass it 100% using old square nails and ihp. When I run the power passed 40 I get the single blip like you got with the 5.7
I am considering buying the Vista X with both the octagon and super six as my upgrade and first two tone detector. I do not think I want a new digital detector and headphones that requires me to find three outlets in a hotel to charge up for a days detecting.
Very impressive test Keith. Thank you. This DTVX/ small DD coil combination sure separates and recovers well, as well as punching surprisingly deep in your highly mineralized dirt... Dig the medium to high tones, as you always should, and winkle out those small coins etc from the trash with ease.
The death you got with that 5.7 coil is amazing most detectors can get that with bigger coils put the 8 inch 8 inch octagon coil and try your 13 inch dime
But when I go down the barrel from the outside not going over the other nails I get a single hit over the nails from the inside down the barrel I get two way hit? I thought it would be different

Crazy depth for that sniper coil wow! To bad the iron tone sounds like a mid tone. That would mess me all up.
