This the type of stuff i did 20 plus years ago when it seemed i had speakers and amps coming out of my..... Early 20s, had djs and musicians at my house all the time. Its sounded awesome for music. It sounded amazing with videogames like unreal and quake!
Not the exactly same thing. Only if the 6.2S/2C concept gets popular enough, someone will make a product out of it. It's all about following the money.
You’ve got me hooked on experiments . The last time I watched one of videos I commented on some New Yamaha units on Marketplace that had the same issue with just a simple factory reset . Today I found one from 1997 for $30 Yamaha dsp a3090 , I think this was their flagship Dolby Model , it also came with wood grain on the sides . This one you can use the Pre amp section & add a separate amp or use the Amplifier section with another pre amp . I am almost tempted to get it drop off at the audio technician . What are your thoughts on what the issue might be before my decision to purchase it ?
@ I decided not to get it , the guy lived too far anyway . In my younger days I was all about driving far now so much . Apparently that series had a roaming input selector . I looked on the Yamaha forum & a lot of folks had success cleaning the unit which fixed the problem & some did not . I already decided on buy gear from your company & speakers from Gr Research . In the meantime I just have to patient until I have the space for it . Thanks .
Good morning..always a treat

@@MrMersh-ts7jl I am doing this for music only. No interest in home theater nor video games.
@angela-gilbert of course! Just throwing a personal experience out there. I love constant experimentation.
@MrMersh-ts7jl Journey is way more fun then destination.

I bet you can’t find that on Amazon!

Does the gain reduce when the analog signal is split with this?
@@Interloper187 No, it does not reduce gain.

I honestly can't tell you what it is. Have you look online to see if there is any reset procedure for the model?
