My fiero is not that rough but I'm upgrading mine a ton. I'm using 1/2 inch lowering ball joints and unknown lowering springs for the front. For the back custom made coil overs and poly all round. I'm replacing the cradle mounts with solid ones. You might need a new steering damper. Yours looks like it is on cut springs.
