I know exactly how mean about the KitchenAid Mixer because I’ve waited a long time to get mines & I finally pulled the trigger and purchased mines in November 2020 (as my partially late Birthday/College Graduation gift).
I’ve used it for mini cheesecakes & even whipped cream to too them.
Nothing better than fresh homemade whipped cream.
