However if you want the translation, FC is already available (imperfect translation, but good). SC will be a digital download for PSP this 2014. There's a HD version on PS3, I think, but that's Ja only.

He is also one of the 4 divine blades, master of Richard, Estelle, Joshua aaaaaaand a master of the eight leaves sword style. (You'll learn more about all this in trails of ciold steel)
I have recently finished the Second Chapter localized by XSEED. In some of your previous comments, you mentioned how Julia is an incomplete character. However, this confuses me since, in the final dungeon, one is able to select her for their party and use her within that final dungeon (you can even use Muller). Could the player not use Julia/Muller in the final dungeon in the original PC version?

To be exact, Julia is also an incomplete character in SC due to her status menu hangs when trying to load her profile image. Kanone and Richard works fine on profile image, but their stats are dummied.
I can't get over how fucking amazing Philip's S-Craft is, by far my favorite one. Such a shame that you can't have him in your party.
