Assassinating Ganks: The Limgrave Cut | Elden Ring Invasions

A couple very specific invasions that I got on my lvl 200 ninja. I don’t know if everyone has the same experience but I sure do get a lot of invasions at the first steps at 200.

I love how in the first clip, even after The host, and his yellow ally die the summon has the balls to point down. Brother, you failed the gank. Your host is dead, and you failed a 3V1 with the 3 of you running bloodloss builds.

Always love your stealth invasion vids you inspired me to do the same but I gotta ask cause I feel like I might be missing something is there an advantage to having your weapons infused with lightning??

On average most players are going to have less lightning defense over others. Mainly because most armors don’t have good lightning def, no stat increases it, and lightning def is lowered in the rain and water. With all of that and my high dexterity on this character, a lightning infused misericorde backstab does ridiculous damage and can oneshot if they have less than 60 vigor.
TLDR: it just does a lot of damage lol

Ohhhhh that makes so much sense I didn’t even take in to consideration rain and water as well but I knew there had to be a reason why cause I tested damage numbers with my friend once and it was a difference in almost like 300 more with a lightning misericorde opposed to a keen alright with that I definitely need to put that on more of my weapons thanks again lol

btw any level recomendation where there is less ganking, i feel like every 3 out of 5 invades (in SL138) are just 3 bull goat cross naginata waiting in grace lol

I rarely got any gankers at lvl 90 and I used to do invasions at 40. At 40 I would always get playing just going through the game but Overleveled phantoms were a little difficult to take down. Basically the further away from meta level you are the less likely you’re gonna find gankers. I will say though, no matter the level there is always gonna be that one guy that wants to grief with some buddies lol, but I hope that is helpful :)
Edit: yeah I don’t understand how that red didn’t know I was an ally (given that I saved him lol). Deserved in my book

So is ganking just people waiting to be invaded? I don't do invasions, so I don't know.

Not necessarily, the term has lost a bit of meaning coming from DS3. But Gankers are usually groups of three trying to have every advantage possible such as killing all the enemies in an arena or sitting in an advantageous position like a cave or shut off area where there is no escaping. The first invasion is a prime example of Gankers. Three bleed builds that can easily blender you quickly and all the enemies are gone. The other guys I wouldn’t really say are ganking but they would sometimes turn off Taunters Tongue so reds can’t get an ally, keeping a 2vs1 from being a 2vs2.

How do you run crouch in that animation?

You have to swap your left or right hand weapon at the same time you crouch as you’re walking. It sounds difficult but it’s pretty easy once you get it down
