Great coverage. Was very glad to find your video. This was some really great racing. Like everyone wish the final could of been ran. Lizzy has to be by far the odds on favorite but Chuck55 program has made a huge improvement since teaming with PJS Racing for power and Brandon Pesz on the starting line building the engines and tuning the chassis. They’re not where they want to be just yet but certainly one of the most improved cars. I’ve seen dozens of crashes in the 55 years I’ve been involved and watching drag racing and you can’t help but hold your breath until you know the driver is ok. So glad to see him get out and in good shape.
You can’t help but to root for Lizzy this year but seeing Chuck55 win would sure put a smile on my face. I knew he’d get far one race this year. He’s been consistently making good passes. And don’t crash at the finish line there. If he caught fire he’d be in bad shape because that response time was borderline unacceptable
Well he also had Lizzy with a broken car call him out at several different races that he got a bye and points. Not so sure how he would have finished without all those free passes.

Dont know how gates didnt go red , he was moving before green . I know they said certain tracks dont have the capability to build a delay in the tree to eliminate guessing i guess idaho is one of them. Gotta give him credit for doing his homework !

They need a tire crack rule on NPK. I’m sure Ryan was pissed and daddy Dave guessing his ass off and another 5 red lights after that. It’s so boring when a car runs the 1/8th in less than 4 seconds and they’re tire can spin a whole rotation and hook as long as they don’t pass the beam. They gain like 3 tenths it’s not even fair
They usually have the timing system set to where anything below a certain rt goes red to eliminate guessing but from what I've heard not all tracks have that capability.
if they do that there would be hold ups all day, if you stage right you can move a few inches before a red light, i won alot of races that way, when you see orange light , go

Three times in the first round one driver left on yesterday which should not be possible. Suddenly a bunch of people try the same in the 2nd round and ALL got red. Most likely they realized the problem and fixed it. What about the two who lost to it? Crickets. Typical.
Swanstrom needs to switch back to the pro line hemi set up. He has tons of data on that set up and he was at a point where he had that set up not only working but highly competitive. He's had zero luck with the Noonan Hemi. Prenup is now considerably slower than it used to be and that's for damn sure. It's weird because Kye is also running a Noonan Hemi and he is absolutely flying and had it flying straight out of the box! Whether it's a tuner thing or what I'm not sure but I doubt that because Big Country is one of the best tuners out there. It's weird.

Chandler guessing the light and then got drove around. Rookie trying to perform a veteran move. Daddy Dave only guessed on Giuseppe because Giuseppe guessed on Ryan at the start of the season. Knocked him out early and started Ryans rough streak.

Shawn was beaten by Musy's big, big BBC. Damon's problem was with the ProCharger case gear and a lifter. The engine is fine. It just wasn't his best weekend.
