I got the LUT pack for mini 4 pro. Absolutely awesome. Didn't have to a thing to color grade the D Log M footage. Just dropped the LUT on to the clip and done. I have had other LUT packs but none gave results this good without adjusting other parameters. Thanks for creating them.

Am mostly a manual flyer, but recently tried the Active tracking modes and found it to be pretty reliable. The interface took a while to get used to but eventually became intuitive. Mind you I was testing it in an open area free of any trees and any manmade obstacles

I loved active track on the mini 3 pro. I haven't tried it yet on the mini 4 pro, which should be a lot better, but i had the same problem as you with the mount it was so rubbish. I spent more time trying to put the mount back up, so I will definitely try this new mount. Thanks for sharing Darren 😁 👌 👍 🇬🇧

Hi serious question here.
I’ve got the air 3. I have a 256gb card in the drone and I normally take out the card pop it in a card reader directly into my iPad 12”pro. Download the content and then edit. As soon as I put the card into the card reader attached to the iPad there is no footage.
But using the controller I can see packets of the footage there.
At the moment the only way I can move the footage is to use my iPhone and transfer it using Bluetooth which you can imagine takes an age. Then I still have to move the footage to my iPad for editing.
What am I missing ? This never did this with my air2. Have I missed something in settings? Or this the only way to transfer the footage ?

These looks good but no good for landrover tracks up here in the Highlands of Scotland. I've tried a few also but the same thing happens to the mount, It's great for nice smooth tracks but the moment you add some rough terrain the vibration unscrews the screws, I guess a work around is thread lock but then the mount has to stay where it is.
My favorite parts for my drones comes from Thors drone world, quick releases and adapters 🙂

I have the first mount you mentioned, surely we just need the threads from the other one you mentioned and screw them into the first mount
Unfortunately the first one it’s very sturdy, if you go over bumps etc the controller moves about
I have experienced this mount will weaken the connection points due to the heavy weight and movement of the controller. The 2 screws will pull out of the plastic back from vibration and bumps on the trail. DJI said this will void the warranty on the RC2. Your thoughts please?
I haven’t had any issues with this at all and it’s very sturdy and doesn’t wobble around. The example of the bad one however did move a lot.

I've been using the same mount with some Ram Mount adapters to mount it in my inflatable jet boat and it works great. Re active track on my Air3, I'm kinda meh about it. I find its never as smooth as I'd like, jerks the camera around too much vs flying manual or with cruise control. I do find cruise control with spotlight mode to be better, but it's still just not as smooth as flying manual. I wish the algorithm to keep object in the shot could allow a little more movement within in the frame before adjusting camera angle maybe? Or perhaps more customization of the tracking characteristics. I do find it often loses the subject and messes up a shot too, mostly when tracking myself in a boat. I do miss the ability to track the controller via GPS like my GoPro Karma drone did, it didn't matter if the drones view of me was blocked for a bit, it stayed locked on the whole time. Over all this Air3 has been a beast though, loving it!
Great video DArren, i mised your recent one where you took it to Hollywood, im surprised you did that because its something i wanted to do for ages, im going over to Cali at some point, is it allowed to fly over the sign/ did they give you a hard time at the customs? i do apologise as this is off the subject of the video but our help is always valuable.
Customs are fine , I always find TSA more chilled than UK airports. Do the TRUST test and register etc with the FAA. A lot of California you do need permission but also some lovely places you can fly too! One of my favourite places

You Aren’t the only one that has been searching for a mount for the bikes… I found a better one!! I’ll do a video about it with links as those tiny bolts won’t take much to snap off and your controller will be bouncing!!! EDIT PICTURE OF MY ENDURO MOUNT NOW POSTED
Can you give the name or brand? For mountain bikes and dirt bikes, these screw are ineffective. They loosen on their own in rough terrain.

@@DMProductions There are plenty of companies out there, that can do things like that, including to some extent ourselves. We (these businesses) may not have the facilities to do it as cheap as the chinese,as that's where it will have come from. I don't know if DJI publish the data on that remote to give the distance between the two fixing holes, and the size screws, that's the information needed to create something similar.
I've not had the product in my hands, but looking at the images and reviews, I'm not sold yet.
Just seems so many weak points - the ball joints, the 2 screws holding the bracket( don't feel that strong holding sun canopy/protector)
There's plenty of reviews saying it struggles to hold small action cameras, let alone a heavy controller.
I think i want something that revolves around a frame/cage for the controller being attached to the handlebars.
May get the bracket for lanyard purposes though. Cheers, as usual for your vid.

Unfortunately, as I learned the hard way, wont fit flatter handlebars, and many are nowadays.
