#GranTurismoVR #GT7VR #PSVR2 - Ігри
VR has given GT7 life again for me. I hadn't played in a very long time because it felt tiring/repetitive, but VR is a whole new game. Absolutely love it.
I just wish they had my car in the game, the one RX-7 they don't have - first gen (1979-1985).
they have my mini coopper s in it :)
I'm a Datsun man and it is lacking there. They have a 240Z or two but that's about it. Not even a 300zx or 240sx... just goes right to 350z.
Grab the FC, tho an SA would be nice to the addition. Brap brap
They should, eventually... I hope! If we go by the pattern of older GT games, they will keep updating the car list to the point of (again, I hope) 1000+ cars like GT5 for example by the time it was done. I think the game ended up with over 1400 if I remember correctly?
Never played GT6 or Sport, but I have played every other GT game outside those 2, including GT7 now.
p.s. just waiting for them to add the Spoon CRZ or even a regular CRZ as well, so I can (hopefully)K-swap it & voila, have my irl setup! 😎🚘
As someone who only plays sim racing games. PSVR2 has been revolutionary.
You missed GT Sport on PSVR1 I take it?
@@Greydawg It’s a million times better than GT sport though
@@pmulherin9414 it is better! Like Star Wars on VHS then going to Blu-ray with the added scenes though, rather than a million times better or "revolutionary," know what I mean? I'm thrilled how similar they are, in fact (I spent more hours in VR in GT Sport than any other PS4 game), just a little bugged they didn't change anything or fix the missing info exclusive to both games' VR modes is all.
@@Greydawg You serious? THat was a joke compared to GT7 on the PSVR2.
@@steve_ire321 I disagree. It was great.
Per your request, PC Sim racer here sounding off. The plug and play/ease of setup on GT7 IS a big deal. I also like that there's a ton of single player content, even if it's not the 'campaign' that GT has had in the past. I specifically bought my ps5 for psvr2, and GT7, and stopped playing gt7 after about 10 hours almost a year ago originally to savor it for VR, and I'm so so glad I did.
As someone trying to decide between waiting on the pcvr and gpu market to shake out vs just getting a psvr2 and waiting for a few years this is good info.
This is music to my ears, I too like Mike have limited time, and have in the past bought all the kit for sim racing and just got so frustrated with all the tweaking required and the performance problems with my PC setup and gfx card etc, ps5, psvr2 and gt7 vr is the dream solution to a petrol head like myself! Time to start saving! 🎉
I avoided playing RE7 and RE8 for PSVR2, sadly RE7 hasn't had a PSVR2 port yet.
@@MrTheSmokinman same,I know almost nothing about RE8 and just got it on sale, physical, for $20!
@@caseyrice768 I'd recommend to anyone to try and use like a bar stool or something similar and that can swivel is a plus. When I first tried RE8 the first couple times just free standing I got severe motion sickness even considered returning the PSVR2 because I didn't think I could play it. Then the other day I got the bar stool out the kitchen and had zero issues other than knocking my beer over. Terrifying game in VR.
I’m 47 and I don’t know how the algorithm put this on my feed, but holy shit, unused to play GT on my PlayStation 2 and the Castrol Supra was by far my favorite car. I would play for hours at a time running super long races with this car. What a flashback!! Now I want to buy this setup you have lol
The effort and skill you put into your videos is second to none in the VR scene imo. Brilliant vid, loved the comparison to your actual car. I drive a Skoda Kodiaq so GT7 is total fantasy for me!
Yeah for sure man. He’s the best
Dude that intro was awesome! Just picked up my psvr2, can't wait to set it up
I can't believe how addicted I got to GT7. Went and bought a wheel, pedals, shifter, cockpit and Woojer Vest... It's just on another level.
What shifter did you go for mate? Using the Woojer is also a great idea! []-)
Turn the music off, crank up the engine sound for bass thumping engine Roaring adrenaline fueled excitement.
@@MuddyFox76 that's exactly what I do. Engine and Rev sounds all the way up. I play a GT7 playlist off Spotify I made in the BG lightly to make it more epic.
@@VirtualRealityOasis Just the Logitech one that's like 70 bucks. Went light and got mostly entry stuff to see how much I would actually use it. I'll upgrade if it remains this much of an addiction. 😂
@BumblingBuckeye I've had the Thrustmaster shifter TH8A I think and it was great, but now I have the Fanatec shifter and it is awesome....
You can change your vehicle while in multiplayer. You have to make sure you are on a lobby then make sure you aren’t “entered “ and if you go over to setting you can change cars. But if you click the enter button and it’s waiting for next round it wont let you switch
Ahhhhhhh thanks so much mate! I'll check that out []-)
@@VirtualRealityOasis And you can also change the track from the race settings, in that same menu :) You never need to create a new lobby every time.
Thank you bro lol i thought it was how he said too
@@VirtualRealityOasis they should add bots options to multiplayer
@@VirtualRealityOasiswhat is the application you are using in the beginning of the video?
The entire Gran Turismo series has always been credited as " The real driving simulator." With both the PSVR2 and the Logitech G923 steering controller, now it really FEELS like one! Every racing and FPS on the PS5 needs to have an optional 2D/VR mode like this game has. Does anyone else agree?
Thats my completely opinion too! "The Real Driving simulator" is there in all of them, but after played them all since the first one, NOW that definition "The Real Driving Simulator" is finally well applied. Peace
Gt has been known as the slidey simulator lol
pc vr has been like this for years now this is nothing new you can even walk around the outside just like people think is only in gt also get a DD wheel instead of a logistech kids toy and it will feel so much better 😅
Iracing makes this game feel like a toy.
Forza has been pretty up there if we're talking console game. Excluding the realistic pc sims
@@HolyParsival the latest forza is a joke though
Thank you! this is exactly the information I needed to get the full set for playing GT 7 in VR!
Installing this right now cant wait!!!
To spend that much on a wonderful setup it must be a really special game. Your setup looks incredible.
Ok my set up Isn't as professional as his, but within a week of buying GT7 at launch I'd gone out and bought a G29 wheel and pedals and grabbed a "Playseat" cockpit just for the game, it's just that good and full of depth. I'll get PSVR2 in a few weeks, just got to pay some bills off first 😅
I bought a PS5, Logitech pro wheel, pedals, PS vr 2. Playseat (cockpit) is still on the way. All just for gt7.
Might sound a bit boring to some people, but my favorite car to rip around in is the Honda Civic Type R. I drive a civic hatch EX in real life, so it’s the closest thing I can get to feeing like I’m driving a much more powerful version of my own car. PSVR2 totally changes the game! Very happy with my purchase.
Nice! VTEC Power! I've had a couple of CRX Del Sol's and an S2000 in the past. The sound they make is amazing! []-)
Im a huge Simracing fan for many years. Even having the most high end PC racing equipment i spend a lot of time with GT7 a a cheap G923. Its such a great experienc. Plug and play VR with no messing around. Absolutely love it🥰
Thanks for your insight mate! []-)
The beauty of playstation
I just ordered my very first ps4 vr goggle set and can't wait to get on the track with this puppy. Thank you for sharing your video with us. It was well worth it. Great job. Keep fast tracking and happy vr'ing.
Let’s hope PSVR2 will push VR in front of the scene
I don't think VR will ever be in front of the scene tbh. It's too much hassle for most, who just like to chill on the sofa with a game on the nice big TV. It will be just a different way to game for those who need it. It's a shame as they'll never know what they're missing.
@@jamiesalmonsculpture8599ou wait till it’s as easy as throwing on some sunglasses
We will look back at these headsets as if they were the snes
@@jamiesalmonsculpture8599 at the same time the wii became popular required some more movement but just gotta get over the headset hurdle
Huge VR fan, here. It won't. Sadly
I’m so fucking stupid. I’m serious when I say this, but what do you mean by this? I’m so confused lmao.
I played GT6 in VR a few days ago, and WOW! the car & driver placement makes it feel so much more natural. You can better judge cornering and distance. My mate has just got the GT7, so will have a go on that soon too!
Amazing video mate! I see our cheeky go cart race made it in 😜
Haha yes mate! Sliding around those corners was so much fun []-)
Omg! You were actually playing the PAL 50Hz version of GT1 on that emulator for full immersion too lol (hence the wide black borders on the TV). That's dedication 😄
I think that is a little side game in GT7.
What is that VR emulator room? looked really cool
@@sachoslks that's what I'm wondering!
@@sachoslks its called emuvr, hope that helped
As soon as Polyphony and Sony announced the VR release, i went and got a PS5 , and preordered vr2, ... GT7 alone is worth the $$ to me.
Nice! Have you been playing anything else or just GT? []-)
Basically, you trade 30% graphics for 100% immersion. I love to do that 😁
3d effekt is 200% grafik boost more than in 2d. More and better details
Its more than 30% GT7 is native 4k in 2d.
@@Makavelli2127 I've actually waited for a comment complaining about the percentage. 😂 it's just a number... Dude...
Buy a pc and you won't trade graphics :P
@@vrgamingitalia8105 i have a strong PC, I don't have GT7...
I am hoping this brings more racers to the game! Let’s grow the community
You are able to change the track and car in online lobby's, you have to press the red x to cancel your entry to the race in order to go to car settings and change car
And for the map you can change it in lobby settings when you run the server
Someone else pointed this out in the comments too. I really appreciate this mate. I'll definitely check it out []-)
Ughh can't wait to get mine!! Great video!
Although i prefer actually playing the more 'hardcore' PC racing sims such as ACC,iRacing,rFactor2 etc none of them come close to GT7 in terms of graphics and wow factor(and ease of use).
GT7 just raises the bar way,way up.
This coming from using of a very high spec PC(4090 GPU)
Agreed - this is GOOD FOR ALL VR - the more people realize what an amazing technology this is the more accessable it will be for the masses (and help my budget ;-) ).
Great intro and video, hope it goes viral
I'm with you there, I remember waaay back in '97 getting Gran Turismo bundle with the Dualshock controller, having worked in a Games shop at the time we spent many an hour showing to customers. In the following years since have played every iteration I can honestly and safely say psvr 2 has taken racing and Sim racing on console to another level. Sadly due to financial I had to sell my fanatec gt dd pro but my god what a wheel and unit. I do still have my trusty logitech g29 which works just as good as the fanatec at a fraction of the price. This coupled with a playseat challenge for those with limited space is ideal.
GT7 is the star of the PSVR2 show so far for me, and I bought a DD wheel and rig especially for it.
Favourite car in game: Mazda 787B
Car I drive in real life: ‘96 Mazda RX-7 Type RS
Mate! I’ve always wanted to have a spin in an RX7! Sweet car! []-)
The 90s room in VR at the beginning is so dope.
PS5 + PSVR2 + SIM SETUP user here: I can't speak highly enough about this combo. GT7 is spectacular in VR, I do sport mode in it frequently and almost exclusively use VR now for racing. It's made me decide to go for a full motion rig as well, I use it THAT much. At least an hour a day to keep my chops up. Would recommended a thousand times over.
I can attest to this. I've never been a fan of racing games. I was always into vehicular combat games like Twisted Metal but just straight racing has always been boring to me. Plus I've always sucked at them. Even when I did like a racing game it was the arcade types, not the simulator types like GT. GT7 in VR with a wheel though is just plain awesome! I just have a G923 and pedals with no seat, frame or stand. So my setup is no where near as good as Mike's and I'm still having a blast.
I own a pro ( grid: legends ) then I bought a ps5 psvr2 - then I bought GT7 - and my life is now complete. I’ll go to my god a happy content man.
My Thrustmaster T300 + Wheel Stand Pro V2 + IKEA Poäng are very happy with this 💟
Already ordered slap-on subscribtion lenses at an VR Optician so I don't have to wear glasses or contacts. Amazing times we live in!
That opening. Nostalgia
Where can I find that nostalgic room sim??
PSVR2 is the best and most important thing to happen in the VR space since PSVR1. GT7 is by far the best experience you can have in VR bar none.
Well i agree but any sim racing on high end pc is comparable
@@ActNasty5 nah, gran turismo is king, even without vr.
@@lenjan5111 except for drifting. Modded Assetto is king
@@ActNasty5 I do play Raceroom, Automobilista 2 and Project Cars 2 in PCVR using a Rift 2. These are great sims (well maybe not PC2), but I think that GT7 is overall a much better VR Experience.
@@Jamic9 bro assetto corsa with mods is the best out of all those!
Man that looks incredible! Seems like a lot of fun too :p
the intro is so sick! i wanna hear what the creator of GT thinks about the VR mode, it must be crazy to have been on this series since ps1 graphics all the way til 4k VR
GT7 was built from the ground up for PSVR2. So it's probably safe to say the creator of GT was involved in making GT7 in VR.
@@xuimod That''s what he said
He talked about it in a recent article (google) just after PSVR2’s release. Saying very positive stuff about it and how this game in VR was a kind of landmark for VR and for players (can’t remember exactly)
@@xuimod yeah of course i meant i just wanna hear how psyched he is by the VR haha
what vr game was that in the intro??
The intro when you described '98 was all me too. GT was life then. The hype has already gotten ahold of me now. Just got the NLR GT Elite cockpit(in the process of building it right now) and ordered a Logitech Pro Wheel and Pedals. Haven't gotten the PS5 or VR2 yet but it won't be long.
Good video. Love the GT series and also started with GT on the original PlayStation also thinking it was the best thing ever. Haven't got PSVR2 yet but I'm planning on getting it. The car i like to drive in GT is the Ferrari 458 GT3, IRL i drive a Tesla M3 Performance.
Nice! We hired a Tesla whilst on holiday, my wife and I both fell in love with it. Really cool car! []-)
I recently got the VR 2 last month and absolutely have been enjoying GT7 in VR. It's incredibly breath-taking. The first track I did was the new St. Louis snow track and oh man. It was so fun. I drove the Toyota tundra and you can really tell the scale of the truck. it just towered over the cars. It was awesome. Multiplayer is taken to a whole new level. It's hands down the best VR experience on my PlayStation.
Nice mate!! I’m glad you’re having a good time with it. It’s still by far my fav VR game of this year so far. The recent updates have been excellent. If you ever fancy racing, check out my buddy Zimtok5’s UA-cam channel and Discord. We race the first Sunday of every month []-)
Mike your a VR legend! I too loved the first GT, I could never get over sifting through all the cars in the second hand market as young teen! I too like your TT, even if it’s classed as a hairdressers car! Don’t tell anyone but I owned a MGF for a bit and loved it! Until the water pump went.😂
Haha cheers mate []-)
looks amazing
Thumbs up for Mike looking like a car dork in that Sainsbury's car park
Great review. I’ve been a fan of the GT series for a long time. This has made GT7 much less repetitive. Each race feels unique as you’re relearning different parts of the track. It’s a great addition to racing fans.
I had a hard time telling which was real when you compared your TT interior to the game. Wild.
What's interesting is, design-wise, it's the same experience as VR in GT Sport we've been playing for years (except for the VR replay mode), even including the same missing in-race data. It's an upgraded experience for sure, and both are brilliant, I'm just baffled by the design and data being inherently identical.
It mattered less in GT Sport by nature, but it's an inescapable outlier in GT7 for online racing and racing leagues; our league still requires at least one person in chat to be outside of VR in order to collect the data for the points structure.
I got hooked too. Not a sim racing fan at all, bought PSVR2 to play games like Horizon, Red Matter 2 and the like, booted up GT7 (that I previously lost interest after only 10 hours) and I'm hooked. Going to get my Thrustmaster T248 in about an hour, and am already looking for a racing rig seat.
Excellent presentation!
Love it in VR with a quality wheel and seat set up. Driving a 996 Turbo S & e46M3
Same here. Love it!
I'm not even a sim racer and gt7 on psvr2 is insanely fun. I'm pretty much addicted
It's going to get even better... I knew this when i was a kid lol
Epic episode
Cheers! I bought PSVR2 yesterday, late night. Have to work today so i went to bed for a sleep. I am very excited to the day of work ends and go right home to try VR2. GT7 takes me more then 180h of play without VR...now i will try it with VR and i supose i know what is the result :D More 180h of play :D for sure! Stay cool and thanks for the video, i related since the first seconds :) Even the Supra!
Have fun mate! Just be sure to take it easy at first as playing in VR can be intense! Take plenty of breaks if you need them. Enjoy! []-)
@@VirtualRealityOasis thanks for the advise!✌🏻 i am a huge fan since first VR😁i have many hours of RE7 and GT Sports. I am a lucky bastard with 0 motion sickness🙏🏻 but yes i still do breaks for a cigar or eat some snack!👌🏻
Great video. Just wondering, what is the retro VR bedroom in the beginning emulating the old school nostalgic gaming feel? I love it & would like to own it. Is it an option in the GT7 VR mode or something?
Not a racing guy at all but the most joy I have in a video game so far is DIRT road in VR is so freaking fun!
Man, I’ve been subscribed for years but your videos are just getting better. It’s like you have a writer and shit. Great job.
Thanks so much mate! []-)
Looks amazing. We have come a very long way in terms of sim racing.
I'm a PC racing sim nerd and this looks very tempting (don't own a console). The collective experience is how these should be judged and clearly this is a winner. It should be mentioned the Fanatec wheel you have also works on PC. Another GREAT video! Happy racing all.
just get a quest 2, they are 300 and all in one vr
Foviated Display is just amazing, we can clearly see where he is looking at the moment.😃
I definitely had glow in the dark stars on my ceiling in 1998 playing GT & MGS 😎
ohh castrol supra what memories, also my favorite car in GT1, at that time I didn't even know what a memory card was, I played a whole day in a row to buy the castrol supra [R], and then play a race on the oval giant circuit, and that some tuned and drag cars made me bite the dust - I couldn't believe it, I remember very well the excitement of buying the supra after all day playing, it felt like driving a spaceship, it was an indescribable sensation and then that they beat me that way.... wow what fantastic memories
Man the way the VR opened the game was awesome. Brings back memories.
OMG... we have so much similarities... love the audi TT, drive one as well, mk2 3.2L and funny that i'm not a racing gamer myself as a matter of fact GT7 came bundled with my 1st ps5 package... didn't play it for months until i got a psvr2 and heard how good it is... down the rabbit hole i went from Hori RWA, to g923 with shifter and NLR stand lite, to TGT2 with sparco mod brake and th8a shifter with tlcm pedals to H8 rumble and Xrocker seat... now i'm into sim so much it's all i game...
vr is weird (but awesome) when i switched i was 2 seconds slower everything feels like its coming at you fast, and can be very overwhelming. but after about a week youll get really used to it and you can really tell when the cars about to lose grip and braking points are way easier to push. the feeling of speed is really cool in vr
PSVR 2 is nothing short of incredible. I just spent 1000 on a racing rig which arrives tomorrow after player GT7 for 3hrs in PSVR 2.
I just can't believe how good it is. Also someone that hasn't played VR this was revolutionary.
Wasn't a fan of Horizon. It's beautiful but boring to me. Way to much climbing and because of my surgeries I wear out quick.
GT7 and the Kayak game are probably my favorites so far. I have only had it a week. I like Tetris Effect and I haven't had a chance to play RE7. I owned the game since it came out but never played it lol. So going to give it a run today.
I been playing VR more than my regular PS5 games.
I spent hundreds of hours in a souped up, hand tuned Subaru Impreza in 1998. This looks like my memories of GT1.
GT7 is making me want to get a PSVR2 …… and a PS5 ……. and a new PS compatible wheel ………… and a driving stand and seat. It looks amazing. Like you I’ve tried Sim Racing in VR on PC with Dirt Rally 2 and Assetto Corsa. It was great but it is fiddly to setup. And I also had glitches at times. GT7 with PSVR2 looks like the pinnacle of VR racing currently. And we’re bound to see other racing titles (maybe Assetto Corsa) coming to the platform. Exciting times for VR. It’s a just a shame it’s such a costly setup for those of us that don’t have a PS5 already. But it’s definitely feeling like it’s time to jump onboard 👍
It’s worth every penny mate. I prefer it to my valve index and gaming pc. GT7 is mind blowing. You will grin from ear to ear playing it in VR. It’s just a real pleasure. You can easily spend hundreds of hours playing GT7 alone it’s so good in VR so I feel I will easily get my monies worth.
I did the jump 2 weeks ago (ps5+vr2) and i have a blast with gt7 and vr its worth every penny. Have started to look on more expensive wheels now aswell not a cheep hobby. Using a g29 atm. :)
Another great review Mike what’s your thoughts on the DD Pro wheel and how long did it take from ordering to arriving
The wheel setup is super expensive mate but it is top notch kit. I’m totally hooked on GT7 in VR. I’m racing most days and I’ve never been into sim racing prior to this. I think it took a couple of weeks to arrive []-)
My DD wheel and pedals are supposedly arriving tomorrow.Just finished putting the GT Omega Prime Lite aluminum rig together along with the RS12 seat.
I preordered PSVR2 when I found out GT7 was getting a full upgrade. Then went shopping for a rig to match 😎
Nice mate! It’s an epic setup []-)
@@VirtualRealityOasis it did take me the whole day to assemble it, my first time lol 😆 your video got me so exited. Can’t wait to get it out on the track 😎
Little mike is still little lol love you bro
So true []-)
I've just got a Logitech G923 and the PSVR2... it blew my mind... then blew it even more when I got into the 2014 Polo Gti... I now have a 2020 Polo Gti, but previously had the 2014 model... it's incredible how well they have recreated the interior and feeling of actually driving the car. My only grip with PSVR2 is that other developers aren't supporting it... it truly SUCKS that WRC 23 won't support it and that F1 23 doesn't either.
Hopefully we get more games in time. Fingers crossed.
This seems great. Its a bit spendy to go all in with the proper setup though. I'm going to wait and hope I can pickup a used psvr2 + wheel etc from someone after they've moved onto something else.
Hey mike, i saw you were at the Breachers event in Belgium so where is your Breachers video ? :)
Love this game and I’m playing it way too much. Only one small gripe I have is that the barrier grid around the car is a little too restricting and you can easily set it off and black out your screen for a second by moving your head around a little too much. Sometimes just turning around to look at the back seat of the car triggers it. I hope they eventually patch this and make it so you can lean way outside your car window if you want to.
I’ve discovered that if you set your play area to “Stand and move around” this fixes the problem. It will ask you to edit area, select play without editing, then the game will set a temporary area which allows for more movement without screen blacking out. Also helps to be in a brightly lit room.
@@ForexTrainingCamp Thanks for letting me know about this! I'll try it next time I play. 😁
@@ForexTrainingCamp So not sure if I'm doing this wrong or not but it doesn't seem to work in terms of making the grid area bigger when choosing the play without editing option. It makes a small circle around me for the play area that doesn't seem to help at all with expanding the grid area. Unless I'm missing an option to greatly expand that circle so it does help. ??
@@Muz__27 I have it set to stand and move around as well and the same thing happens to me.
Amazing, this is great
I agree, this game is pretty much all i play on ps5 and it’s mind blowing in vr. It’s awesome for non-gamers too! I managed to sit my mom down and set her up with a time trial in one of her favorite cars. It’s so cool watching people experience it for the very first time! Sony did such a good job with this game from top to bottom, even without the PSVR2.
I loved getting a very similar focus ST in the game that i own in reality, they did fantastic on all the small details and it’s really a trip driving a virtual version of your car lol. Still can’t wait for the new Forza motorsport though! Only a few days left!
My headset is coming in today! Long day a work today agh
I hope it goes quickly mate! Have fun! []-)
Hi, qot a question, have you raced pc sims in VR aswell? And if so, how do you like them compared to GT7 VR? I tried most race sims in VR up until the quest 3 which i returned this week after spending a few days with it. Now i’m wondering if i should try ps5 VR ..which means i have to buy everthing, console, game and VR. Do you think its worth it? Thanks in advance
I will never go back to play Gt7 without VR. The experience while driving is on a completely different level than without. But I have huge problems with recording videos. Can’t seem to get better quality than Minecraft pixels lookalike. I would appreciate a lot if you did a tutorial or something like that on how to get better quality on the videos. Awesome work btw 👍🏻
I think thats due to the "eye tracked foveated rendering" that PSVR2 use to render only the parts that your eyes are looking at in full resolution while rendering the rest in lower rez to boost framerate
Some might just go race a real car but VR has no risk of crashing to death
🤣 and it's much cheaper
@@caseyrice768 yeah! XD
Quest 3 will probably last twice as long as the second because it's the perfect balance of cheap and functional
Quest 2 was ok but didn't really cut down weight
i had a mk1 tt as well, 225, may get another in the future. extremely underrated car. they need to add more older cars in this game, it's so corporate!!!
The steering wheel is on the good side in VR and on the wrong side in real. 👍
I have a MK3 TTS and drive it also in VR - Its the same :)
Youre a good man. Kind regards from a fellow car nut
I’m just getting started with GT7. A vr2 is ordered and on the way over here after the weekend. My daily driver is a model Y.
Awesome car mate! We hired a model Y on our latest holiday. My wife and I both loved it! Have fun when your headset arrives! []-)

Good afternoon Mike great video on gran turismo 7 in VR. It looks awesome. I have one question on your racing set up can the seat you sit in swing away? I am very interested in trying one of the setups but, I have run into situations where I accidentally put inputs into the controller before I'm ready to play? Have a good day Mike.
what do you mean 'put imports into the control'?
Sometimes I accidentally hit a button on the floor before I am ready to play if could be a little bit of a a delay that would be great when I get in the racing simulator I do not accidentally hit a button on the on the wheel or pedal before I am ready to play.
@@denismarchetto7969 oh gotcha, you had said "imports" and not inputs. Anyway, it's really nothing to be concerned about. Get a seat
Hey, I have a question about current rankings of VR headsets, which one would you say is best 5? Top 5 with low budget and top 5 with "any price is ok". I'm looking for VR headset and it's full body tracking and maybe a vest that you can feel in-touch in irl
I'm so god damn excited to get my VR headset when I can put the pennies together
Thanks Mike.
try to lower contrast and higher the brightness for less motion sickness, you want less blurry spotlights for exemple.
I can’t wait to get a wheel. The psvr2 was already a fuck ton of money so it’s best to wait a bit to get a decent wheel for GT7.
Will buy it, after I finish Horizon Dawn...
I would love to play gt7 in VR with a nice sim rig! I love light but fast cars: ariel atom, bac mono, those kind of things
In my daily live I drive a shitty VW Lupo, but I also have a fun car which is a Nissan S14 Kouki. I am rebuilding it at the moment and I cant wait to drive it again this summer!
Guess tracking head movements means more data to sync during competition but def I'll try VR
I am not into sim racing at all but Ill love to drive my mustang in vr now i’ve seen this!!
I went to the game store one afternoon looking for a racing game. I ended up getting Dirt Rally because it was on clearance. I thought it was weird that it was just one car doing a time trial on a long track, but it didn't take long for me to get hooked. Then I tried it in PSVR. I got ill the first time, but got used to it over time. Now it's the only way I want to race. Still, it's cool that the PS5 has a nice VR headset now. But it's a shame the Dirt Rally games (1.0 and 2.0) won't be ported to use PSVR2.
That’s a Shame there must be another vr that does then.
I’ve gotta say I wasn’t prepared for how much better it is with the steering wheel WOW what a difference then when I added the VR2 it changed my life, once you have played it like this you just can’t go back, it really did affect my track times for the better of GT is your game then invest in the rest and play it how it was meant to be played
I know right. It’s still one of my fav VR experiences and I play as often as I can. Enjoy mate []-)
VR is just so perfect for sitting down sims... racing, flying, mastur... no nevermind that last one. Seriously though this is awesome. I wish GT7 would be on PC since I already have a good setup and am invested in VR there.
