Not sure where to send questions. I'm curious about not adding overt fats (nuts, seeds, avocados) and hormone regulaton in specific women and menstruation. Is it possible to not add fats and maintain normal hormone levels? My Dr. Has told me that I need to eat a lot more fat due to really low cholesterol. My total at my most recent test was 66.
Modestly Vegan I've found them in Woolworths or Coles. They come in a small sealed flat punnet next to the bottled ones. I've also got them from my local Italian-owned deli fruit and veg shop here in Australia. 💚✌
