I like the design of this car 2 much and waited years for this car, was hoping that Jeep may launch it India someday, it was seen in India in camouflage many times but launch never happened. Poor Jeep wants to conquer Indian car market with one soldier (Compass) and other worthless cars (Wrangler and Cherokee). This car if launched with competitive pricing and 1.6 Diesel could have turned Jeep India's fortune. But I think Jeep management is happy with the meagre sale of compass.
I’m with you when it comes to the Renegade but the funny thing about your comment about the Wrangler and Grand Cherokee was ridiculous. They may be expensive and prolly not your type but they ain’t worthless. Apart from that, you have good taste
Jeep making the same mistake as Ford. Ignoring the Indian customers. They should learn from the Koreans and Tatas, variety works here! Should have launched this would have bought it. Had to settle for the Ecosport b4 it went out of production.

ये भारत में सफल नहीं हो सकती बिना modification के क्यूँकि compass का lower और इसका upper varient लगभग एक ही दाम पर मिलता है। भारत में इसे दाम कम करने होंगे क्यूँकि space कम है।

@@hakshayak2044let me simplify it for u think in terms of segments Astor competes with creta-seltos-kushaq-taigun & it's comparable to them. Then comes the segment of Hector-Harrier & so on....
Compass is already expensive than both Harrier-hector & This car in western markets just ends where compass begins so that means by default renegade is comparable with atleast some varients of Harrier-Hector & with all c segment SUVs Creta, Seltos & so on which it's NOT! It has a space of nexon-brezza so this composition makes it a misfit hence will need modifications externally (reducing the dimension to fit under 4m while finding a way to keep the interior space as it is) so that it either competes with B segment SUVs Sonet, Nexon, Brezza, Venue etc or internally to make it fit the Indian market needs of C segment (increase the wheelbase, modify the chasis etc). Now I hope u got it I can't simplify it any further.
Also this is apparently more than 4 m in length so jeep is making a sub compact SUv based on this for Indian market. It will probably launch in 2022
