For those who haven't already seen this moment, Kiara was actually standing atop the swivel chair when she fell. Kudos to the animator for making Kiara's tumble even more hilariously clumsy, though.
I think that's quite a lot of context lost on the clip, to a point that it's better not to make the clip. I get animating that wouldn't had been easy, but there's no shortage of clips to animate otherwise.
Given she was streaming when it happened, you might say they censored it because it was not safe for work.
I believe she fell onto her humidifier, too 😅 Hence why it hurt so much.

Honestly, this is the first animation I am disappointed in. I recall Kiara saying she fell while standing on her swivel chair. Seeing it animated like this comes off as awkward and lazy. 😕
You really couldn't at least have her standing on her knee in the chair as she reached for the top shelf? At least then her falling would make sense as the chair rolled out from under her.
