Do these rules apply if the part time job is online and for country outside Germany?
Unfortunately no, this is a special type of job within Germany.
I heard the limit for the amount of hours per week a person can work (especially regarding full-time jobs) is different if you do remote work. do you know if that is true? great video btw

Well min jobs have a monthly ceiling of 538 €, so hypothetically if you find a job that pays 538€/ hr you can only work 1hr /month on that job. Usually most mini jobs pay 12.5hr per month. Now the maximum number of hours one can work in a week as I mentioned in the video is 48, you can extend it to 60 hours for a maximum of 4 weeks in a year but the overall hours in a year must still average out to 48 hrs per week max. It doesn't matter if it's on site or remote.
Now if you register a business or start working as a Freelancer in addition to your job, then other rules apply.
@@ahsanfinance Thanks for your answer. I think freelancer is what I was talking about. Is there an hour limitation when having a full-time job and doing freelance? BTW, this is one of the things I don't like about Germany, too paternalistic.
If you work on an hourly rate in your freelance work then still the same hourly limit will be counted as my previous comment. But if you have fixed prices then no one can say how many hours you put into the work.
guys, I'm applying for a specific EU standard license offered by an authorized institute in Germany. The whole process, including training and exams, takes about 2-4 weeks. After I get the license, I plan to look for relevant jobs with it. So, my question is, what type of visa should I apply for to make this work? And if I can't land a job within the given time frame, is it possible to extend the visa?

Most mini jobs are designed to be applied for at the specific locations. For example in your case you might want to look directly at hospitals or nursing homes where you live

I am a foreign resident using IBKK in Germany. So if I have profits from IBKR, do I need to declare income tax?
If you are a tax resident of Germany, then yes you have to declare income/profits from all sources all over the world in your tax return
As a student I am able to work 140 days in a calendar year. so besides my part time job if I do any mini job will that also count within 140 days?
For Students, Unfortunately these hours will still be calculated in the 140 days.

No this is a separate kind on Employment where the Employee specifically registers with the Minijob Zentrale

Unfortunately no, you can however ask your local foreigners office if they can temporarily allow you to work during your job search though.

If you know German i recommend you visit your nearest IHK they will guide you in your specific case. But yes you can do multiple related things with one business registration

Hi, I am doing an Ausbildung, so want to do a mini job as well. I am allowed to do a mini job 20 hours per week and want to know how much tax I have to pay.
I would be in 1/6 class of taxes.
Unless your ausbuildung contract states otherwise, training with a part-time job is usually not a problem. Regarding taxes, if you do not take Berufsausbildungsbeihilfe, no taxes should be taken from the minjob (under 538€/mo)
