Lord, I trust in you to heal me supernaturally from the sin that caused me bitterness and unforgiveness that you bore on the cross and are setting me free from….excess pounds and inches off my body by your blood and Holy Spirit, and in agreement with Katie’s Souza’s prayer in Jesus’ name, amen.

Cut down on your carbs, no pop or sugary drinks, bo alcohol, cut out heavy starch foods like potatoes and bread, and sweets then walk 30-45 minutes a day. It will work wonders.

I did this (what Katie said tondo) with this video and it worked. Next morning I woke up and my belly wasn't like it was when I went to bed. It was smaller. I didn't weigh nite b4 cuz I was already in bed when I watched video.

God's been asking me to do the same thing. He is so adamant that I'm not losing weight to gain a mental superiority over others. He keeps confronting my vanity, ego, and pride, with my overeating together to ensure I'm not losing weight for any other reason than to serve and praise God in health. Overeating is a mindless sin, but exalting myself in pride because I lose weight and look better is even more evil. Thank YOU! I need to be careful over the evil thoughts that crowd into my head. My heart naturally clings to being better than others, and I need to repent and rebuke every evil thought that enters into my heart! Because men are made in the image of God and I am called to love them. My weight loss is a gift from God, to be praised and thanked in reverence. Never should I ever make others feel less than me because of my success. It's an evil mindset to acquire while receiving divine gifts from God.

Dear Katie, I'm asking this not to challenge you but sincerely wishing to understand. Numbers 5:20-28 refers to a woman who cheated on her husband having to drink the bitter waters cursed by the priest which caused her belly to swell and her thigh to rot which i think means procreation according to what i found out. Could you please help me understand why you relate bitterness of soul or bitterness towards people to weight gain. I do believe with my whole heart that bitterness brings a lot of unwanted things into our lives. However in a desperate attempt to lose weight especially around the waist, I'm trying to get understanding of what you've taught here. PLEASE HELP 🙏 🙏 🙏

Not every affliction is because of sin, like Job he was afflicted by the devil for no reason, this walk is individual for all of us, but to say it's because of bitterness etc is not always true. I've heard U keep saying this in all your videos and that is inaccurate.
Yes, some doors we do open to sin that causes these problems, other times it's the enemy sending attack after attack, some problems are generational, some are because of reaping what we sowed, it can be various things for different people and yes we all ñeed to stay in repentance so we can get our healing, breakthrough, freedom, protection etc ...
I want to put this out there because there are ppl, churches that will accuse you of sinning, hense the problems, and this is what Jobs friends did to him which angered the Lord.
