Dallas won that Detroit game fair and square Bruh. Detroit was gifted that final drive due to a Phantom tripping call on Cowboys TE Peyton Hendershot. Dallas was 1 yard away from putting the game away and winning 17-13 and the phantom tripping call pushed Dallas back to 1st and 25 and Detroit got to keep 1 of their final 2 timeouts which allowed them to get one more offensive drive. If the refs make the right call Dallas actually wins 17-13.
If it wasn’t for the clipping call. The lions wouldn’t have had a chance to get 3 chances to win or send the game into overtime at the end.. Edit: Tripping* call
I agree, and also, It's been proven that the Lions did multiple things wrong during that 2 point conversion attempt. #68 was supposed to have tapped his chest with the other hand in the air to indicate he was eligible. But instead it was #70 who did that. Not only that, but by rule, only one non-eligible player may claim to be eligible, not two. Two ineligible players can not attempt to claim eligibility on the same play. Not only that, but #58 made an illegal shift which I'm surprised the refs didn't call immediately before the ball was snapped. There were several penalties on that one play in which the refs could have thrown a flag. So, I don't care what they say, that was the correct call by the refs. The Lions did not get screwed. They knew the rules and they deliberately attempted to bend those rules and hoped no one saw.
I keep trying to understand why that call is not being talked about more as if it didn't happen. Only podcasters(some not all) and aaron rodgers(out of all people) talked about it. No one from espn or fs1(Sherman just for a second) talked about it. It made no sense.
@stephonleaf ...No one wants to acknowledge it because they're all Cowboys haters, and they refuse to give the Cowboys credit for a victory that was well earned.
@@danielalvarez8729oh like how the cowboys had a tripping call but they called it on us, plenty of people attempt to bend rules in The NFL, AND they get away with it, Ah but I get it, yall cant believe were finally good, I hope to see em in the divisional round too😂😂😂

The Cowboys got a bad tripping call that would've ended the game against the Lions. Parsons was being held all night long. The Lions also had 2 more chances to convert and even if they did there was still 23 seconds and 2 timeouts left for the Cowboys who have the best kicker in the league

well maybe if the lions didnt send 3 people to the ref to try and confuse the cowboys it would of been a touchdown and dont forget if you go back to the cowboys drive when they kicked a FG to go up by 7 the cowboys were called for tripping but it was actually aiden hutchenson that tried to trip the cowboys RB so if they made the correct call it would have been a first down and then the cowboys would of either scored or ran out the clock dont forget that
