It’s crazy how over the years Dak is the constant QB that’s being compared to another QB. First it was Dak vs Wentz, Dak vs Daniel Jones, Dak vs Hurts, now it Dak vs Purdy.
Dak has the benefit of being QB for the Cowboys who has been great at drafting great players. If Dak were drafted to a team like the Jaguars he probably wouldn’t be in the league.

As an eagles fan I don’t enjoy this convo but I can be realistic… the argument for purdy is his supporting cast on both sides, Dak has actually been more impressive this year because he has had to win some games in spite of his def and coaches at times. He had a run of 5 of the easiest games you can possibly have, but compared to what he had on both sides it’s hard not to be more impressive with Dak honestly, not to slight purdy

Purdy had a half a season of an all pro team as a 3rd string start and is 3-1 in the playoffs. Dak is known for choking and we seen it time and time again. Cooper rush didn't throw to Lamb really as a starter. He threw to Noah Brown because they had practice squad chemistry. That Cooper rush offense barely averaged a TD, when Dak came back in the games he played the cowboys were number 1 in offense.
Funny enough this season shady already argued this point for Dak, he said tyreke hill should be MVP but he needed tua because we have seen hill without tua and he wasn't record breaking. So Lamb needs Dak and we saw Lamb with Rush so we know Lamb isn't the same with Rush.
Dak has had his starting oline 52% of the season, purdy lost 3 straight games without Trent.

If you drop Dak in San Francisco, and Purdy in Dallas, Sam Francisco is still the one seed, and Dallas is struggling to make the playoffs.

@@marlonbrando33 first of all, the “leading the league in turnovers” is not true, baltimore leads the league, dallas isn’t even in the top 15, plus tyron is practically injured for at least 2-3 games every season so it’s more like 1 all pro guard in zack martin, and ceedee is not always open, i don’t know where you got that. also, dak is one of the best QBS when it comes to tight window throws, so to say “he isn’t accurate when the receivers are open” is another lie. Overall, dak would do LEAGUES better than brock (and btw dak really is doing better considering the super team that’s around brock) with arguably a worse o-line, worse defense, worse secondary, and worse weapons.

I wish I could see all these other QBs start their first 5 years with the Cowboys and Jason Garrett. Dak has been amazing considering the organization and coaches have never been called great by anyone. Everyone else has coaches or organizations that people call great, yet Dak has had the worst yet still puts up numbers and wins.

Blame that on the coach for not using the running back enough. Brock throws the ball a lot less because they like a more balance offense. It’s just that Brock is a LOT more efficient when he throws the ball.
Actually that’s the Cowboys problem. If they involved Pollard more, they’d be controlling the game more often especially against good teams. Throwing the ball often helps you dominate weak teams but not against good teams.

I'm a Niner Fan and I believe this was Aiyuk break out season (cuz of Purdy help) but he Not an All-Pro.. and after taking a deep dive, didnt even feel like he was biggest snub for pro-bowl, he was either 5 or 6 base on the numbers, and only 4 gets it. So that leave deebo who didn't make pro-bowl either This Year, Kittle and CMC, I think Purdy would do just fine if they switch teams cuz Purdy I believe process info better/faster than Dak, and Read defense better and throws with more anticipation so a Player like CeeDee would eat with Purdy as well and be more than JAG. Otherwise he just be JimmyG, who never came close to MVP talks ever. Not sure he even won player of the week before, let alone player of the Month or mvp of the league
