Looks more like a full spool than a conventional locker. Looks like it's of good quality...what do you think of its durability now that you've had a chance to run it for a while?

I went with the overdrive in the front on my kit Wraith. But this was an easy decision for me cuz the front axle pinion had to much play and started stripping. I still could have got the under drive and swapped the back stocker to the front but my front seems to take more punishment so I wanted the HD gears up there.
I cant see the stock locker failing looks like the four flat sides contact the housing in addition to the two tabs I would think the axles would twist and/or break b4 the locker would...
brandon christian - I always fill the voids with Epoxy. That sucker won't go ANYWHERE!! ...... just don't get any Epoxy near the Ring Gear - unless you're NEVER taking it apart again.

What motor esc are you running? Is it waterproof?
Did you really assemble the spool and ring gear with NO thread sealer?

The failure usually occurs when the axle shaft wallows out the flat sides of the receiver hole.
