    Great content - thank you for showing the filleting, Kaylen (sp?) made precise work of that fish! Curious - is it safe and/or do any of the locals eat it as sashimi?

      Thanks for watching! I'll have to ask Matt about the sashimi side of things. I think I heard the locals talk about cutting up fresh salmon, quick freezing it, then thawing it out for sashimi (something about the quick freeze process to kill off certain parasites?). But don't take my word for it! - Zach
