- I can't believe I just found this life hack using the waste oil burner stove
you will be surprised by the result and amazed at the beauty of this knowledge that you should not miss!
I have used this way back in the 1970’s. Believe me it works. I heated my shop when it was freezing out side. This is as old as old can get. But mine was on a much larger scale. Thank you sir for this video, very good.
Thanks for sharing
My grandfather built a forge on waste iil, he was good with metal working. The only difference was the burner , double walled, interior one pierced for air intake, then he had a line for the oil to feed it continuously. He was tempering stuff with it, chisels and axles, as nuch i can remember.
Nice.I had made mine with the same concept, except that it has an oil tank with a pipe connected to the lower portion of the chamber as supply line, and without the sprocket thing. Thanks for sharing, Bro.
Thank you
Yep I’ve seen waste oil burner heating a shop barn . My girlfriend’s dad built it this was 25 years ago I saw it working. He had an old copper line with a T-valve that was an automatic drip and man was that thing hot whew . Nice build
Thank you
Brilliant well done thank you for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Its great what you can do with old metal a couple of old chain sprockets and old metal containers the guy is a genius and looks like powered by an air pump to increase the oxygen flow..5 star
Appreciated, thanks for watching
Dear i want this@@creativeideas5041
@@creativeideas5041how much price the 100 piece
Wow so amazing lodi😮😊❤👍
Thanks 🤗
I've been waiting for this kind of technique, thank you for sharing bro, more power.
My pleasure!
Yes like it so I will build something similar to burn waste frying oil to heat my workshop in winter!
Sounds great!
I would like to see your stove...maybe can make a video too?
This is the kind. Of burner i was looking...... you are awesome bro...❤❤❤
Appreciated thanks
Wow galing idol❤God bless!

Wow, this is amazing! I love finding new life hacks to make use of waste materials 🌱🔥 Thanks for sharing this awesome idea with us!
You are so welcome!
Pretty cool! Thanks for sharing!
Our pleasure!
Could I ask why you keep breaking the arc instead of just welding ?
I would have never thought about pouring the waste oil into the drum by using a circular motion. I guess that makes sure there is waste oil is even in the drum.
light it with methylated spirits and stack old brake disks on top of it as a heat sink, creating far more radiant heat,
"I really enjoy this video, thank you for sharing it. I hope your channel continues to be successful."
Thank you very much!
I believed this kalan the used oil. If i come back sa. Pinas assemble this oil stove, the best you,Sir
Yes it will
Brilliant 👌
Thank you
Impressive idea 💡
Thanks a lot 😊
Well , technicaly , welders are with these great ideas are going too be an important part of the community during the winter months and the price of fuel .
Thanksl you
Appreciate your efforts. But bro, I have some questions:
1). Can I put one ltr oil instead of 100ml ?
2). Why did you use the small frywheel in the middle having teeth. Instead, can I use only one big plate without teeth with a small hole in its centre ?
3). Does it have any oily smell in the kitchen?
4). You have connected/welded two pipes of different size (1 small 1 large) together at two places i.e one with the blower and one at the bottom of the Chamber before elbow. Is it necessary to get blue flame?
5). Instead a blower, can I use dc fan of 12 volts?
Thanks in anticipation.
Hi, it can be 1 ltr but if the chamber is deep, like what I did, up to 100 to 150 ml is the amount that can be put
You can used any desire frywheel
The principal of these oil stove is better to get the blue flame , no worries about the smell when it comes blue flame,
12v Snail blower is best the for these method👌
Oily smell? No, smells like hot burning roofing tar. Use kerosene or paraffin oil.
@@creativeideas5041 a blue flame burns what ever it's burning clean right?
@@RRaucina i remember more than 40 yrs ago, families used a stove burnt by kerosene...it had lots of wicks and we used it for some years, an improvement from firewood. I seldom see these stoves now, besides, kerosene are nog easily available anymore.
Kerosene available at bulk stations as jet fuel or diesel #1 @@ritakisil1669
Even if everything they've done might have done was wrong still when the officer asked him if this is his home & he answered "h" no then the officer could stop him. The lady also claimed she didn't stay there all the time so she could be detained as well.
Sei un vulcano di creatività 😮 bravo 👍
Many thanks 🙏
Complimenti , amico mio . Veramente stupendo . Grazie mille !
My pleasure 😊
I do believe this I’ve played with wmo and there is a lot of power in it but it requires lots of oxygen to burn clean, id love to see you improve it with a carbon felt wick and either a larger supply or a continuous feed
Thanks for the info!
Very well done 👍
Thanks for the visit
A lot people do different way, but end up the same, good show 👍👍.
Glad you enjoyed it
Very inventive,
Thank you my friend
Well, the only issue I see is the refill. You cannot safely refill it. I'd connect a short piece of 1/4" pipe through the "bowl" to add oil. Connect the other end of that 1/4" pipe to a piece of copper piping to get away from the heat. Mount a 1/4" ball valve to it and connect it to a vessel that contains the oil. You can make a loop with the copper pipe to establish a "water lock" if you wish. It will drain out to the loop when you shut off the valve and keep it from dripping when you shut it down. 💡
What i would do is “Its oil just take the top off and dump it in it wont flash”
Maybe a little container with a spout will do...like the container for oil, much like a small teapot with long spout. Just thinking, and I really find this idea unteresting. I've got several litres of used oil that i don't want to pour down the sink.
Soup in a minute, coming right up !
What would the temp be without the blower??
Bahut badhiya jugad h bhai🎉
Where can I get an adapter power like that?
Love the music!
Thanks
Excellent bravo.
Appreciated 🙏
Ang galing na idea.
Thank you
Brilliant idea I like
Glad you like it
Boss your weri jinias your work super. I m from india 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks and welcome
Got a nice flame out of it. Looks pretty clean.
MANY thanks
Maybe you might try the 8 upper pipes, twisted to right or left to make tornado flames..
Great idea 👍
This is amazing lol
Thanks 👍
Good work keep it up
Thank you, I will
😢 Sadly, back in the 1940's-1960's a lot of people in Florida, USA had oil burning heaters. They worked great. Then the cost of electricity went down, so people got rid of them. It would be nice to have when grid goes down. No electricity needed.
Except if you need a good source of air to help burn the oil otherwise you will soot up the burner and release soot particles into the air. Smal 12 volt fans running off of a car battery will suffice at providing the air needed to produce a good, clean hot burn.
Saludos un gran aporte, solo tengo una duda, no soy ambientalista ni nada de eso, pero me preocupa que los residuos sean cancerigenos o proboque cancer
Wonderfull 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻
Thanks a lot
Now you need to install some type of ceramic bricks to trap the flame heat output and make it more even and last even longer... Thumbs Up!
Wow amazing
Thanks a lot 😊
❤Very impressive, i found this powerful Stove after searching 1000 Times. Thanks dear. Can we use wood replace of oil i in same stove ?😮❤
I've never tried before😅
Just awesome stuff
Thank you
Très bien 20/20
Wow that's awesome
Nice idea
Thank you 😊
Wonderful Great
Many many thanks
Wow super
Thank you so much
Beautiful
Thank you! Cheers!
nice job. how much waste oil was put and how long it worked (minute or hour-wise)?
100ml waste oil it takes 15-20 mins
Can we have a readymade stove? If yes, what will be the price??
@@creativeideas5041
Some can solve the world energy crisis with a few scraps laying around the yard
True 💡
Gud and best idea,
Thanks a lot
Smart using trashed oil instead of charcoals . Just need any form of blower .
What about the exhaust fumes filling up the living space ?
Fumes will be there, mainly from startup but you cant get rid of the pcb's that cause cancer . From old motor oil . Doughnut oil way better
That's only safe outdoors or with massive ventilation.
electrocleaning would help you a lot, and torching the scrap metal
phosphoric acid also does a good job on dirty steel with a steel sponge
Thank you for watching
Very good working
Thank you! Cheers!
Amazing
Thank you
Your channel is good
Thank you so much 😀
sir, can you give me tip on how to rise the flame from the chamber?.,
Try 3 inch nozzle 8 cm chamber
What welding rods are you using?
2.5
@@creativeideas5041 thank you for your kind response, I don't mean the diameter of the rod, what I mean is the number of welding rod like 6011 or 7013
Very good 🎉
Thank you so much
If you watch he adds a what looks like a 12v variable blower- very possible- I say it works
Thanks
With keresene stove you can use waste cooking oil in case emergency too because with hot water you had hygienic condition and need nothing else still clean
I sure does like burning oil.
How much I like it very much
Thanks for liking
I like it. Not sure I’d want to cook on that sludge you put in, lot of impurities in those flames. Used cooking oil I think would be better. Good job 👍
Hope you enjoy
good job
Thank you! Cheers!
Yep, the polution and carcinogens from the fumes make it even better!
This is the way!
Thank you
Nice one.
Thanks for the visit

Need to put a small drip feed in there
I can't believe it either.

Good job bro
Thank you so much
awesome
Thank you
It would have been great if you could eliminate input airflow using the electric fan that consumes extra power.
Thank you for the tips
That is perfect
Many thanks 👍
Great but how do you control the flame?
Hi, you can controll the flame using the 12v controller
Hope that’s not galvanized metal you’re welding.
Thank you for watching
