    Heated seats have been around for a while and available on many cars, however, cooled seats aren’t as common, and they’re certainly underrated. Leather gets incredibly hot and uncomfortable in the hot weather, and hoping in my wife’s Santa Fe, is such a pleasure to flick on the cooled seating, so very happy to hear the Ranger now gets it, in this model at least.

      That's an innecesary future,just put non leather seats, and issue resolved, such futures only increase the price of the vehicle

    If you build a premium Ute, they should off used coil springs to give it a more luxurious ride.

    Just a question. If it was designed and engineered in Australia, why is the bonnet release on the left. Was the designer European ?

      @@shanea9613 They also drive on the left. The truth is that the Ford designs their vehicles across every part of the world not just AU, hence the bonnet release. A real AU designed car was the Ford Falcon, Territory, Commodore etc.

    Are the seats as you mentioned cooled because of the special perforation or actually cooled by a designated cooling mechanism?

      I’ve just done a test drive of the GR Sport, and found the engine pretty laggy, suspension awesome, and interior about 10 years off the pace.

    • @rubytuesday1345
      @rubytuesday1345 11 місяців тому +3

      Recently bought the GR. I’d agree about the interior but not about the engine. Did you have it in eco mode? Makes a huge difference. In pwr mode it goes pretty quick. At the end of the day it’s a ute. If speed is your overriding requirement then you should be looking at something else.

Toyota last to introduce inertia seatbelt, last airbags,last to coil struts,last to ABS, last for traction,now last to 2020 ancap profit over new advancements

    Thanks Byron - I wouldn’t be seen in something that looks like a truck crossed with the look of the inside of a Hungarian gift shop - the other elephant in the room is the woeful Ford reliability and poor dismissive service culture but I know you’re being sponsored by Ford to promote this - I’m quite happy with my 2010 SR Hilux for $18k.- better to put this amount of money into property - Ford like Holden is only a brand a bogan could love.
