  • Using a constricting band for IV access in the ambulance service is a technique used by advanced emergency medical technicians (AEMT) and paramedics. It facilitates the engorgement of veins, making them more visible and palpable.
    Do this for one shift, and I bet by the end of the day, you will have it down!

    Just test on your proctor or whoever! If your this into learning the ins an out of the profession, odds are we would love to lend a hand and give nuggets of knowledge. If your preceptor is unreceptive, find another shift if possible to practice medicine. We were all new once
