Paint it in clear made for bare steel so you can see the raw steel! modern woman will hate it! Which is so much better than a glossy paint job with no peel :0)
looks pretty good can sort of imagine what the hoops will look like, from the side it looks a bit wierd tho. thought you would have made thefront side angle fowards a bit and then go up but still keeping the same lines with the bumper I also think black hoops and colour matched bottom would look good
Leaning the bumper forward would make it illegal due to pedestrian laws, I think I'm most likely going to paint the truck gloss black so colour matching the bumper is impossible not to do but I understand what you mean
Gday legend first video i have seen and that thing is a weapon. Only question i have to ask but is how would u get that thing engineered especialy with 40s haha
@DCCUSTOMSANDFABRICATION yea i bet, would love to see the process of getting it engineered. They definitely dont make it easy. Cant wait to see the rest of the build
@@DCCUSTOMSANDFABRICATION You do know it needs to be certified by an engineer for it to be road legal?? I am building all custom bar work & have an engineer on my project. I am in Melbourne AU, I see that you are in NZ. I would imagine compliance requirements would be along similar lines in NZ - no pun intended with regards to "lines" It does look good, you have a good aesthetics eye.
I take it this is having the rad' moved 'cause 99.99% of the cooling intake is now blocked? Turned off now as clearly very, very wrong. Prime example of form over function basic design gone wrong.
@@DCCUSTOMSANDFABRICATION says a lot you spelt seem as seam, stick to sewing machines. Vents are there for a reason yeah block a bit all's well block 99.9% of yer cooling equals a problem/s. Drive hard n hot it'll be an issue. Intercooler n auto trans coolers in there too, dunno if yours has both my hilux has and yer blocking them too.

Thank you very much
That bar looks pretty staunch
Thanks man that was the look I was going for 💪
I’d put it on my 80series bro but without the hoop. Have never liked hoops🤪🤪
Very cool design. 🤙🤙
I was the same but I'm hoping that the next video will change your mind
@@DCCUSTOMSANDFABRICATION will keep watching bro as I’ll be getting you to sort the old girl next year with some bar work🤙🤙
Sounds good
Hows your cooling system going to cope with the lack of airflow with those big lights taking up all that space?
I've had 2 lights in the past it didn't seem to make any difference, ill find out yho
You are very creative!! Love it!!
thank you

Do you worry about compliance on the bar design?
In what perspective are you asking?

Didn’t seam to make a difference, 1hdts don’t have cooling issues
