Jitterbug athleticism(23 was a glider and 5 is a rocket), able to attack the rim and execute on the mid range, good defenders, though Jordan is a great defender on a all time perspective, both have fiery personalities though Edwards is less malicious then jordan was. Jordan is a way better scorer, but Edwards is the better leader of men which is great especially for a young player.

Also, this is what the league and fans wanted. They didn't want games that were a 90 to 87 point slugfest. Defense was deemed boring and they wanted to see scoring with less physicality and more skill. Players naturally relaxed and the competitiveness died down as well. Ring culture has also dominated everything and led to that being the only thing that matters.
