Oscillys 50 (Bucher Vaslin) - New generation destemmer

The Oscillys 50 from Bucher Vaslin destems using a shaking motion (as opposed to a beating motion). This results in only the healthy berries being shaken off (while the green berries & raisins go into the waste stream)
The 'TRIO' roller table under the destemmer (included in the unit) allows the destemmed berries to fall through into the premium stream while eliminating the unwanted green MOG
The Oscillys 50 is fed from a TRV20 vibrating table. This process helps with the steady flow of bunches into the destemmer resulting in higher quality destemming.
