- Here is the collection of Mew Mew commercials I've collected over the years(most being from Mew Mew Power). But with those, I bet you'll notice some interesting things on the clips 4Kids used for their episode previews. I'll point out these things in annotations.

I remember the days when this was my favorite show. I'd wake up at 7 am to watch an hour of Liberty's Kids, then MMP came on. I used to always haunt the 4kids.tv website, buying every single mewmew related avatar item they had. Those were the days. :'3
Am I the only one here that loves Mew Mew Power? I mean, yes, Tokyo Mew Mew is way better, but for what it is, and if you consider it a different show, I find it quite cute. Yes, the puns get annoying, but I don't know, I just seem to have a special place in my heart for both TMM and MMP.
Even though they're technically the same show, just in 2 different languages and the English one's got all the puns and heavy edits?

Tokyo Mew Mew had 52. 4Kids, for some weird reason, only bought rights to the first 26 episodes and their poor marketing is what caused them to not get rights for the rest. Most dubs that came from the English version didn't finish either. The few that did were the French, Hebrew, Serbian and Croatian dubs. Portugal has all the episodes too but their reasons, and dubbing of it was kind of too complicated to explain in a comment box XD.
Woah, how "Zoey" (Ichigo) described kendo wasn't all that surprising!
I hate it how she says "Next time on the Mew Mews!" That isn't even the show's name...

It is with a whole new translation, which I hope fixes a lot of the mistakes TokyoPop did with their version.(especially since Kodansha USA is the official English division of the company that published the manga in the first place). The first omnibus(containing volumes 1 & 2) will be released October 25th.

Yep. That clip was sped up by 350%. I should know since I had to replicate the effect to make the preview exactly how 4Kids did it XD.
Well I'm excited for next year in remake.

Yep. While it was kept unedited in the episode, it was mirrored in that preview for some weird reason.

Well a remake of the Tokyo Mew Mew (Japanese title) is coming out later this year.
@XXXwhatthecrapXXX yeah..spoiling the entire basis of each next episode? That's pretty bad..."next episode" previews were done right back in the 80's-90's....tis a lost art it seems. =/

Most of them are missing. They aired during random commercial breaks and so far, no one seems to have uploaded any recordings for them. The only reason Corina's is available is because it was aired right after episode 2 instead of a regular next episode preview.

XD Of course I do. I managed to get the preview off of 4Kids' website before they took it off and I even remade the video(right down to the very edits 4Kids made to it) a few years ago and put the audio in it. Although, I plan on redoing it soon since I didn't like how some of it turned out.

This makes me kinda wish that 4Kids still aimed so I could see ful episodes! Those cuts and edits aren't really my thing, but hey- MMP is definitely popular.

Hello HikaYagami. I am ValentinesEve1996. I am currently making a page on the Lost Media Wiki about the Mews of the World previews that were possibly aired once only to introduce the characters of the dub to the audience. I am not sure if you know but it looks like the Mews of the World character previews are obscure and were never heard of again until you uploaded this video in 2011 which contains Corina's Mews of the World preview. I want to ask how were you able to find it? It was not on Michael's Mew Mew Power. Did you knew that it was going to be obscure? Thanks!

Corina's was easy to get since 4Kids showed it after episode 2 (1 in original Japanese), instead of an actual episode preview, while the others were shown during commercial breaks during other 4Kids' shows. So it's not surprising that the others are pretty much lost.
That's interesting. Knowing how the other four missing Mews of the World previews were aired, do you think it is possible that they can be found with both footage and audio?
WTH is with the juggling boys thing? Since when is that important in the show? I mean, do they really think the target audience care about boys? (Then again, in today's society, it's not all that surprising.) And, Italian commercial FTW!

The one with Corina's character reminds me of those PSA's from the 30's that MST3K always riff on. And the newspaper reminds me of that setting on WMM XD XD

@APMewmewHaymedow I watched the dub first. I haven't read the manga because I'm waiting for the re-translation. I love the Japanese music, but I do love the English music too. They're both good in their own way imo, which is really what I was saying about the two different shows.
