Nice! I love that this version is almost identical to my own lineage. Jow Ga is very different from one line to the next, but it's good to see how some of us are still close to each other.
Good. I'd only say work on deeper stance during the breathing at the beginning, and work on endurance, as it seemed that you were getting tired and slowed down considerably towards the latter part of the form.
Just a constructive comment, look at where you striking - it gives the strike more meaning and enforces intent in your strike so that they don't just look like you are merely repeating a sequence of movement. Otherwise, great form :D
you don't need to push off your heel when you strike. you can get much more power from your waist than from your heel. if you keep your heel planted, any incoming force will be redirected into the ground, so lifting your heel would cause you to stagger backwards. at least i think, i can't try it rn

Wow, this takes me back. I used to help teach there. You still learning this system?

you need to push off your heel when you stike. It look like you were not half step but rather just putting your leg out and just turning.

You generate power by pivoting on the ball of the rear foot while rotating the waist and shoulders.
question is did you get it?
good fast and powerful !! only thing you could do to build more leg strength is lower the stance
Is this Big Tiger form?

You might wanna work on your stance a little bit more.
