- What's Up Collectors!!! Today we will be looking at the Battle Armor Shi 1/6 Scale Figure, by TBLeague and Executive Replicas. Born of an American mother and raised a Catholic, Ana Ishikawa is a conscripted outcast of the Kyoto sohei, a renegade from a society of renegades. Trained from childhood and drafted for war by her paternal grandfather, Yoshitora, Ana assumes the guise of death incarnate, Shi, to avenge the death of her father and brother against the yakuza oyabun, Masahiro Arashi. the multi-Eisner Award-nominated "Shi" has been printed in five languages and has sold more than 3 million comic books worldwide! Ages 17 and up. I used to collect this comic book and like the character. So when I heard about this figure I grabbed her right away since I missed out on the original version. Is this version worth the pick up? We shall see. Executive Replicas and Court of the Dead offer some of the best Phicen/TB league seamless figures in the market. Not sure why these figures aren't more popular, but once they sell out they seem to always become chase figures. The "La Muerta" triple pack looks like it will be a grail 🎉 Great review...Dale' 😎
I love the Phicen figure. They are so realistic and customizing is fun , unlimited, and so dynamic. Great review on one of my favorite characters.👍👍

19:00 The easiest way to close 1/6 scale buttons, string up laces, etc is to use a "needle treader" 🪡 that comes with most sewing kits. It's just a thin piece of folded wire that you push through the hole first and then you put the string into the metal loop and pull them both back out of the hole. It's amazingly simple but it never dawned on me to do it before I heard Bob Dylan recommend it 😂 Great review Patron🎉 Daaaaaallllleeee
Excellent review PRock! You touched on points that we ALL run into when having to deal with Phicen/TBLeague bodies: swapping the hands and heads can be a REAL PAIN IN THE A$$!
Please also be careful about the silicone tearing. Every single figure that I've had in a more dynamic pose has had the metal skeleton tear through at the bent joint.
Very good points my friend. Yeah I tried to give a heads up as much as possible since alot of people want seamless but never really handled a seamless figure.

Can you explain the cornstarch thing? I think I missed a par in there. It protects the body? I'm new to Phicen/TBLeague, so I'd like to know the trick.
