That’s crazy I would’ve never sold a truck. They belong to my grandfather, and it was passed down to my father and then passed down to me. That’s crazy to me.
True.. suppose to keep that truck in the family until the end of time. I have a 99 straight bed just like it that i got passed to me after my dad passed away. Ill NEVER SELL IT!
In the 1990s we called the running boards "Ground Effects". I had them on a 1994 GMC which I did my own custom conversion. I couldnt afford a Dallas style conversion truck so I did it on my own with help from a local body shop. I wish I still had the truck! Now here is the trouble with the 3d party conversions: Unless you are very careful and not use the truck as a daily driver, the add ons simply would last looking good very long. Anything wood trim inside will fade and look terrible like dash trim, etc. The truck you are showing is very nice!! I would like having the pretty white custom conversion truck your showing, but I have been there and done that Southern Comfort/Regency/TrailMaster/Etc , and what they are is Show Trucks but the beauty soon fades. Just giving some of my experience in them.
Keep up the great work brother👍🏻! Lots of folks DIG THIS ! What a time capsule ( tasteful ‘mod’ on wheels). (For fun I replaced my steelies ( cause they were 16”) with the 17 aluminum 2022- if you didn’t know these trucks that well you would think these were origional stock wheels on this o3 silverado.)( and with the perfect old guy look: mudflaps.) Is it ‘sadistic’ to bait purchase offers ? It is low mile 30k mint southern garaged no rust. 🤔 come to think of it I got the old man look goin on with me 🤔: gray beard - bald head. No wonder guys ask me if I want to part with my pewter regular cab shorty. I thought of dropping the back couple inches - but then; that would ruin the total effect ha ha. Style verses me havin fun 🤔. Hmmmm

I believe you are 100% correct.. if you don’t garage keep a truck like this, it will begin to fade away slowly but surely.

The truck would look amazing with negative offset 20" wheels!

I wish my 2001 gmc sierra had captains chairs, but probably going to swap some in it.

God bless you 🙏👍
You’d have to take off the running boards before I’d consider buying it but that’s a solid price for how clean that is and the low mileage.
running boards look amazing
I love these southern comforts with the body kit. You don’t see these anymore
Yessir same here! You’ll never see me strip the accessories off a southern comfort 🙌🏾🙌🏾
