Living and Dining room (and terrace) with an exceptional view to the walls and the neighbors. A guest bedroom with direct view to the highway, where you benefit from its 24x7 noise. Master bathroom and toilet with direct and close view to/from the neighbors. Privacy near zero. Good Luck to sell it for millions, unless the millionaire is deaf and blind.
And the apartment block literally one Metre to to the side is the infamous Five Palm hotel (insta Ho Headquarters). The highway is the trunk to the palm with rented Lambo's with modified exhausts hooning up and down (I live on the palm and its day and night noise)

I have seen many apartments in this one palm building and i must say this is my favourite so far. Pity it doesn't have a private swimming pool but it's so well laid out and much more spacious than the ones with swimming pool! I would prefer more internal square footage inside the house than external. Something this flat has. My main question is this, how much is the service charge annually. How much aed is it per square foot. I live in London and i heard dubai has some pretty expensive service charges.
