  • Hoo is here. Yup that's right, my name is Shaina Hoo. Welcome to the channel for all things TEA. Nope, that's not a typo. An entire channel created solely for TEA talk. I will discuss topics such as types of tea, tea grades, tisanes (aka caffeine free tea), and specialty teas (which include but are not limited to boba teas, fermented teas, and iced teas). But wait, (insert infomercial voice here) there's more! All things TEA doesn't stop with just the tea you can drink. Oh no no no, I also talk about tea skincare, tea desserts, and everything else you can list that's tea related. As a tea enthusiast, I'm excited to explore everything tea and hopefully take you along the journey with me. See ya there!
    Kindly,
    Hoo

Hi Andrew, I think you are speaking about the glass tea pot. There are two tea pots used in my intro video. You can purchase a similar one at KitchenKites website: kitchenkite.com/collections/frontpage/products/glass-teapot-with-glass-infuser
And use PROMO CODE: HGTT10 for 10% off your order with free shipping in the U.S! Thanks for commenting

I have been waiting for another video.
I have a question about fresh brewed green tea.
Is there a way that I can make green tea without it tasting extremely bitter?

Greetings! Thank you for being so patient. Make sure you are subscribed so that you hear about my giveaway coming up! Also, yes! Using too high of a temperature as well as leaving the tea leaves in the water too long and oversteeping them all result in a bitter flavor. 175F for about 5 minutes should produce a mild flavor that is not bitter. If you would like to, experiment with how much tea you like per serving as well as steeping time. 5-10 minutes is what I would recommend with 10 min being slightly more bitter. start with 3 grams or a little more than half a teaspoon for 150ml of water. Let me know what you think!
