    A ton of calories burnt in this mini session! I started out with 3 lbs as that’s what I usually do and had to drop down to 2 lbs because the 3 was about to kill me! Thank you so much Michelle, you are changing my life! My little kids watch me work out and now they ask to work out on my trampoline. Can’t thank you enough!
    PS..I am STILL sore 3 days later after your superset STRONG

    This was awesome!! Did 2 rounds with 1.5 lb weights and then went back and did round 2 again with no weights. Music was spot on!! Thanks.

    @Michelle Briehler, I just got my new pro mat and cords and now have a 370 PRO and did this today. LOVED IT! I'm a beginner so the high kicks were scary but I held on to my bar and did what I could. I hope you do more like this...duration, intensity, fun patterns...just perfect! Thank you!

    Loved this workout was super quick but did manage to build up a sweat. I did not use weights but might need to invest in some lightweight ones. One of my favourites now. Thank you again from the UK❤️

      It also depends on your trampoline. If you have tight bungees or springs.

    Fabulous workout! Perfect as I only had 20 min & it was super effective!! I really enjoy your driveway crew; makes it more fun to workout with them. I went up to 3lbs & had to reduce my range. I always jump with 1lb ankle & wrist so I really felt it when I added the 2 lb hand weights. Thank you for your work, efforts & talent; greatly appreciated!!

    Michelle! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout! So fun and made me sweat! I started with exercise today doing a step class (which is also a favorite of mine), but felt like I just couldn't get into it today. So I looked for one of your Trampoline videos and found this one. So glad I did! My mood is back up and full of positivity and good energy. Which I totally need today, my 10 year old daughter is having 4 friends over for a birthday sleepover - ahhh :) So once again, thank you for your amazing workouts! They get me going every time!!

    Love your workouts but my understanding of HIIT is high impact interval training, eg. 40 seconds of working out to your max, 20 seconds of bringing breath and heartbeat back down and repeating for about 12 minutes. Could you please explain how this is HIIT?

    How to know what trampoline to buy?

      It depends on how much you want to spend. We use Jumpsport 350 PRO, 370 PRO and 550f. Also have 2 from Leaps and Rebounds that we tend to not use.       Do a heel or just a basic bounce. Make sure you are stretching your legs and even foam rolling.

    What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.
