@Michelle Briehler, I just got my new pro mat and cords and now have a 370 PRO and did this today. LOVED IT! I'm a beginner so the high kicks were scary but I held on to my bar and did what I could. I hope you do more like this...duration, intensity, fun patterns...just perfect! Thank you!

Michelle! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout! So fun and made me sweat! I started with exercise today doing a step class (which is also a favorite of mine), but felt like I just couldn't get into it today. So I looked for one of your Trampoline videos and found this one. So glad I did! My mood is back up and full of positivity and good energy. Which I totally need today, my 10 year old daughter is having 4 friends over for a birthday sleepover - ahhh :) So once again, thank you for your amazing workouts! They get me going every time!!

Love your workouts but my understanding of HIIT is high impact interval training, eg. 40 seconds of working out to your max, 20 seconds of bringing breath and heartbeat back down and repeating for about 12 minutes. Could you please explain how this is HIIT?
It depends on how much you want to spend. We use Jumpsport 350 PRO, 370 PRO and 550f. Also have 2 from Leaps and Rebounds that we tend to not use. What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.

Do a heel or just a basic bounce. Make sure you are stretching your legs and even foam rolling.
