Your body should be a minimum of 18 inches from the lamps to avoid the emf fields.

@@094340does yours not emit emf too? I feel like that’s what makes this one unique.

Putting aside the cost…. How do these compare to traditional gas wood saunas…. Is it close to same temperature?

NIR is great, but the price point on these is criminal. I have a low EMF FIR sauna AND a homemade NIR light panel, not unlike the one showcased on this video. BOTH offer significant health benefits, but if I were to choose only one, it would be the FIR sauna.
And don't be put off by the high EMF fear mongering in this vid. While it is true that there are many poorly made FIR saunas out there, there are also some very high quality saunas that are specifically designed with very low EMF's, but I'll leave that research to you.
The product being marketed here is a good one, but can easily be replicated by doing it yourself, and for a fraction of the cost.

FYI: you do not detox metals or anything else through urine. And I can't imagine how you would detox thru blood. Most detoxing is actually done thru your lungs. Cool video. Those dandy huts are way too pricey for me. Blessings pretty lady...

Heavy metals do come out through sweat though.

Thanks for the review! Kind of amusing the way your hair covers your shirt so it just says "BUTT"! LOL!

Your description of EMF's from FIR is not totally accurate and unnecessarily alarmist. Yes, there are cheaply made FIR saunas that produce high EMF's, however, there are also several companies that produce quality FIR saunas that have very minimal EMF's. So, let's not make it sound like "ALL" FIR saunas are to be avoided.
Not to mention...NIR lights also put out a fairly decent amount of EMF too. Also, a NIR light panel is fairly easy to make yourself, I did it myself for a very low cost compared to buying one of these. No need to put out the extra $$$ unless you have absolutely no ability or desire to construct one. The outrageous price of the SaunaSpace is entirely unjustifiable. For just a little bit more $$$, you can own a low EMF FIR sauna, with or without full spectrum.
