Thanks PK , that was very helpful and encouraging. Thank you so much. Enjoy.
Watching your videos from longtime, this video is for me to invest and build income as on low pay.

Have fun with your beautiful wife and adorable son.
Thank you ☺️
Thank you
You're welcome
Lots of people with low income invest in property. There was a report recently that exposed the amount of people simply lying about income and living costs to secure loans. Very common in Australia
Indeed, low incomes earners do really well.. in fact for some property is their way to get ahead
@@AusPropertyMasteryWithPK It was the best way to get ahead when the cost of borrowing money was affordable absolutely. Much less accessible now that rates are returning to historical normaility, but still something worth doing.
Hi PK, Is it good to invest in land and then build the house or buy a ready to move in house? Also, is TAS better or VIC?
Cheers!
Established houses are almost repays best
Hey PK, really love these spontaneous videos of you giving your thoughts on property. I’m still waiting for land to be ready (regional VIC, signed contract in September 2021, still not ready lmao), but once that’s ready & my house is done I’ll start preparing for property 2
Awesome! Thanks
What would be the definition of a low income?
Where does middle income start?
PK, if a person owns their PPOR outright which is valued at 500k but is only making 60k/year would it be possible for such a person to borrow say 100k against their PPOR to supplement their deposit so they can buy a more expensive investment property than 300k?
I think it would be difficult, but perhaps second or third tier lenders could come to the rescue.
On a side note, for such income earners it’s really not necessary to buy something above 400k.
The price of the property doesn’t determine its future growth, only its suburb and property supply demand dynamics 😊
@AusPropertyMasteryWithPK Thanks, PK.
The issue is that a person earning 60k/yr only has the borrowing capacity of about 220k, so for a property worth just 350k, it would take a long time to save for a deposit. During those years of saving, such a person is losing ground being out of the property market.
@@gothops2632start with a $220k property then bro.
ask a broker hoppers.
But banks do not give approval for single investor to borrow at low income
I know loads of people that have got a loan
Anyone can do it. Various methods. Get educated is the first step.
That’s it!
