Happy Saturday afternoon Mary! I’m cooking a big pot of chicken stew and friends are coming over. We are planning to watch the Georgia Bulldogs play at 7:30! I hope you are having a great afternoon! ❤
@@marylovecountryliving I boil two or three chicken breasts for a long time and then shred them. Then to that broth I add back the shredded chicken, corn, butter beans and chunked potatoes , onion, and stewed tomatoes. Once the potatoes get done I take out a few and mash them. Then I add back to the stew to thicken it a little. I use salt and pepper to season but you can use whatever you prefer.
