Bought it on day one to get Eiffel's Apartment. I haven't built it yet. I am in the process of building a 24 inch square wood platform for it though. That way it won't sit directly on the floor when I do.
As a young builder I can understand that you think most young builders wouldn’t have the patience, and it’s probably true. For me when I’m building a large set I always put my mind on the end product and it keeps me motivated, I would be more than happy to build and have this set as a young builder

I had loads of fun building this set, due to the festive season wrapped it in Xmas lights!
We have a large shelf space above our front door that this will look great in. I'm also splurging on the light kit to give it that extra joie de vive.
I have been to Paris twice with my mom over my 17 year old life. We made the decision to buy it and we are excited to build

I personally think that some 18+ sets should be 10-99 as I had no trouble building the ucs at at when I was 11. Instead they should label a big set like the Eiffel Tower 18+ and a new label called requires patience
The set is very cool and a awesome model it just depends if you have the money and space like you said. It also depends if it peaks your interests if not it seems like a waste of money and space. Either way if you like it and there are good reasons than I would get it.

I have the Eiffel Tower at my office so I can see it more than if it was at home. I had a great time building it, turn on an Audible book and started building while I listen to some classic books (War of the Worlds radio broadcast and The Time Machine). I dont know why people complain about it being repetitive, it is a symmetrical structure, you know that before you bought it :D. The Colosseum and the Titanic were fun to build as well. I wish Lego would sell the A380 or the Burj Kalifa, the largest passenger plane and the tallest building in the world.
I am going to build it, then every year, put it next to my live Christmas tree and trim it with lights and ornaments too. 😊

Great vid Danni yeer I herd it was only ment to be their for 20 year s then taken down ..I wach a thing on the Hollywood sign it add a extra word next to it .the guy who built it seed it was only ment to be thear for year or so then taken down. But.now just bean ree built. To me it's so big. What will be the next biggest set we ask or thinking what it could be.
It would be a great display if you live in a giant loft in Paris esp w a view of the real eiffel tower, or own a french restaurant!

I’m restarting my Lego journey again and building a ton of different big builds, starting with a big Technic Set, then I’ll buy the Colosseum as it’s being retired by the end of the year and I want my VIP Points so I can buy the Eiffel Tower at $100 off, but that’ll happen after I buy Rivendell, then after that is the UCS Millennium Falcon, UCS AT-AT, then building the Colosseum 😊 and of course every single one of them will have a lighting kit installed in them as well 😂 but first, Technic Set is being built this Tuesday on my Twitch Channel and I’ll be building it all in a single 24(+)? Hour Stream 😂 wish me luck 😂

It looks amazing for sure but the Lego Ideas Treehouse was too repetitive for me. I would never give this set a chance even if I got it for free.

Im 15 and got it for Christmas and have built 2 of the boxes in 14 hours and it so repetitively boring, but I love the Eiffel Tower so I’m pushing through
Not a big lego person but I do have Titanic, taj Mah hal, few others. This is for surely on my list for my birthday in 2023. My main thing is Transformers 1st, then TMNT m, Power rangers & I have 3 rooms in the house of my collection.

I've spoken to one of the Lego Store employees who has told me to make a Lego Eiffel Tower that's equal to a minifigure scale, the tower would stand at over 23 ft. in height. Just a little trivia I wanted to share.
As much as I love the overall design of this set, the set is way too big. The price alone is already pretty expensive, but I feel like any diehard Lego fans wouldn't have the proper space to display this. Even when I went to the Lego Store and saw the tower on display, the store had the Lego set sitting on the floor simply because even they realize the size is far larger than any lego set that came before it.

The only two sets I want from this year is: The Eiffel Tower and the D2C Hogwarts Express. Space would be after thought.
Could be more accurate, the flag at the top should be all white.
For me it´s not worth it, the price is ok I guess but not worth getting. For me it has the same problem as the UCS Star Destroyer, it´s a huge and really good looking display set but absolutly nothing more, it doesn´t give you anything extra, you built it put it on your shelf and that´s it. For example the UCS Millennium Falcon was worth it for me because it included lots of interior that it didn´t need to and lots of exclusive figures. It was a huge great looking set but gave us something extra, the Star Destroyer and Eifel Tower doesn´t. And the Tower isn´t even a really good building experience, it´s really boring and repetetive.
I’m in the process of building it right now. As I expected, it’s really not a very fun build so far, but I look forward to the final result. Then I do NOT look forward to figuring out where to put it.

i'm twelve and would not buy yhis.
I winded up throwing mine away in the trash. I got as far as the arches on box #2, and couldn’t attach them without pieces coming off or coming undone. Poor design on this. Definitely not worth the headache.
