LUXUS Design Build is a residential and custom home firm based in Southern Nevada. Their firm offers an innovative and integrated approach to custom home building by providing all-in-one design-build services, from site planning to construction administration, and interior design to procurement.
LUXUS Design Build and its sister company studio g ARCHITECTURE were selected by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to design and build the 2023 The New American Home (TNAH) in Las Vegas. The 2023 TNAH will be the 40th edition of the renowned annual program.
TNAH is the official show home of the International Builders Show in Las Vegas. The home is designed to showcase best and new practices in the industry, the latest products in residential design and construction, innovative design and the newest construction techniques.
This is the second home the firm has built the show home for the organization, and the fourth time studio g ARCHITECTURE has been selected to design the program’s featured home. Michael Gardner, principal and founder of LUXUS Design Build and studio g ARCHITECTURE, designed and built the 2019 The New American Remodel (TNAR) featured in the Las Vegas Historic District. He was also the architect on the 2013 and 2016 The New American Homes.
