How to Replace MK5 VW Window Switches

In this video I show how to replace the driver's side window switch cluster in my MK5 Volkswagen Jetta.

When I push down the little blue tab the wires aren't disconnecting from the old switch. Is there a trick to this that I'm not noticing?
