Shopify app submission process. Potential mistakes, steps.

I'm going through my second attempt to submit the Shopify app after fixing some technical issues with it.
We'll see the steps to take as well as I'll cover the mistakes that I made while preparing the app to submission in the first place.

Those warnings are from your first submission?
Even if you fix those warning you will still able to see that. So you have to again submit for those issue to be fixed?

I have created an embedded Shopify app in PHP Laravel, and everything is working fine, but when submitting the app for review they rejected.

But did they explain the issue more specifically? Redirection issue sounds like this might be something related to authentication process, but it's hard to guess.
When they reject they usually send an email with the reason like what we were going through in this video.
