How to decide on the next project. Framework for prioritising ideas to build. ICE framework.

While our first Shopify app is almost ready to be submitted, we can start thinking about our next ideas.
We are discussing how to approach evaluating new ideas, which criteria are we going to use, and how to prioritize and pick the next project to build. We have a list of different ideas including Shopify apps and other small Saas projects, from which we are going to select the next thing.
One way to do it is to use ICE Framework.
That is a very lightweight concept that can easily be adapted to your situation and needs.
Impact.
How big and important would be the outcome of the project? This can be measured in money, number of sales, market share, or anything that works best.
Confidence.
How sure are you that success can be achieved at all? If there are any assumptions that our result depends on - how confident are we in those?
Ease of implementation.
What resources are needed to complete the project? Are we talking about a weekend project or a 6-month project?
Comparing the resources needed to the likely outcome can give an all-round score for a project.
