@@spencerC23 if a Russian makes an online death threat at an American over the internet and u want to have him in court u would first have to file ur case then find out who the guy is then find proof of intent. Now u would have to do that to everyone who has said "I'm gonna kill you" do u think it's realistic to go in on online death threats?
