Such potential. Warner owns the rights to some amazing '90 cartoons like Animaniacs and Hanna-Barbera shows like The Flinstones and Yogi Bear. And NONE of them make cameoes, except for Batman, Scooby and Shaggy. Director Joe Dante wanted more cameoes to get more of a "Roger Rabbit" feel, but Warner Bros. only wanted to promote Batman Begins and Scooby Doo 2.
They got the Chuck Jones versions of the characters right but the film spent way to much time on the humans.Nobody goes to Looney Tunes movie to see live action characters

Daffy getting thrown into the trash can. Given information, most which was wrong and hat to be corrected by Bugs Bunny. Bugs bring up the African set of the monkey face that shoots darts at daffy, and the giant rock that crushes him. Great how the crew socialize with Bugs and Daffy, with what they do. I don't daffy was any worse for Brendan Fraser to work with than the monkey guy from Monkeybone. Stunning and hot from what they show with Heather Locklear. Love the last special effect Bugs showed from Daffy. Is there behind the scenes moment for the aliens that were from other movies or shows?
I really doubt it. Without Bob Hoskins it wouldn't really work, and the cartoons would all be done by computer now, not hand-drawing the characters and superimposing the cels, thus kind of ruining the magic of films like Roger Rabbit and Back in Action.
