BC, not is not fair. The pan flute guy is laughing to hard to play his instrument's and sell his wares. No problem, he enjoys seeing others get the bejeebers scared out of them too. I can just imagine, after getting startled, the people telling their friends about how the "statue" scared them and their friends going, "That was no statue. That was the Bronze Cowboy."
When first scared, Adrenalin floods the system in the flight or fight response. After they realize they are not in danger and start laughing, their system floods with Endorphins. The Endorphins ride the Adrenalin for a natural rush that will last for hours. These people walk away having one of the best days of their life.
Mature old ladies take it so nicely but young people scared of him so much 😂😂😂
