Pro flutter user here!: Flutter is an awesome toon, an all-rounder unit for sure but prolly better for extracting. Why? Unlike other distractor toons like goob or pebs have low stealth wich helps with keeping the twisteds on them:) but if needed a flutter is still a great distractor toon^^
