- Had to wake up super early today to head out to a Toy Show about an hour and a half away.... DID NOT want to wake up hahaha. Wanted to show you all what I got after the show instead of going straight to bed! Was a little disappointed not seeing some of my favorite and usual vendors there, but I was very pleased with the items that I got!

Willow - one of my top ten favorite movies of all time. That movie is so underappreciated.
Maybe i could not have the facility that other people could have finding good friends , but i like to remember when i feel alone how much you cared on its day for me , and how importance is for you to see me happy and smiling

That was RAD! I had the Big Jim Gorilla (and other Big Jim stuff) when I was a kid in the 70's!! Thanks for depressing me that I'm old!! LOL!! Great channel!

Looked it up. Its an Acklay. Funny thing you get one, when a xenomorph mates with a crayfish. I did not know that before.

The Star Wars beast is called an Acklay :) and the missing piece held rubber intestines of the creature for whatever reason lol

That Willow set gets my vote for best find. Part of that is because of how clean it is. There never has been enough Willow merchandise.
I thing my favourites has to be all the He-man toys you bought
That Big Jim gorilla is pretty sweet. If you didn't know, the animals in the original Masters of the Universe line were just repaints of Big Jim animals, which is why they were so oversized. Also, in the prototype phase, they had intended to release the gorilla in a lemon-lime color deco with armor and an axe as a character named Gygor but they for some reason decided against it. They released an updated Gygor figure based on the prototype design in the Classics line.
I knew about the repaints but I had no clue about the gorilla that was intended to be Gygor! That's super interesting!

Absolutely! In my top 5 for sure , val kilmer is perfect Doc, I love the tea cup spinning making fun of johnny Ringo and I almost fall out my chair everytime the part where they tell Doc you're drunk n your probably seeing double; Doc replies "Well I got 2 guns, one for each of ya!" 😂🤣😆😃😎

I have a sword of Omans too. Got it as a Christmas gift 😁. The original sward from the 80's I had split along the blade edge. Then it was like a big clapper.

Its called an Acklay and it is somewhat of a hybrid between a reptile and a crustacean. They are originally native to the planet Vendaxa but can also be found on other planets such as Felucia. The Genosians would bring these creatures to fight in their arenas for their own amusement.

The figure in "Star Wars" that you didn't know the name of is Hammerhead. He was 1 of the patrons of the bar on Tatooine in the space port of Mos Isley in the original Star Wars, Episode IV. Along with Snaggletooth. Just a heads up Sweetheart. Hope you enjoy him, he is VERY RARE! Keep up the with the AWESOME videos! And.............Stay Legendary! Pwee Pweesh! Lol. 🤣
I hear what you're saying about the birds. I work graveyard at a group home. The birds often wake some of them up early, which fasttracks the things I have to do in the morning.

Great video! Favorite was definitely the thundercats figures and sword. I grew up in the 80's and thundercats and he-man were my absolute favorite shows. Now that I'm a financially stable adult lol, I'm just getting started on rebuilding my collections here in Minnesota. Stay legendary my friend!

OMG!! I remember Big Jim! Along with the rockin' gorilla there was also an RV set complete with a fire pit and cooking gear. Big Jim also had a friend, Big Josh, who had different colored hair, a *beard and mustache.*

The MONSTER ALERT had me cracking up!!! Sooo glad I wasn't drinking a glass of orange juice as having it squirt through my nose would've been really painful!!
I felt a twinge of sadness when you showed the Chewbacca figure. Don't know if you heard but Peter Mayhew passed away about 3 weeks ago. People fortunate to have met him said he was a gentle, kind, gracious soul.
I'm sure Jim and Josh had endless camping adventures together with their gorilla friend hahah 😂 ---Ya, very sad about Peter 😢 Wish he could have stayed around to see the last episode

I actually was a vendor at my first toy show a couple of weeks ago. I did great, not sure if I'll do it again since I basically sold everything. Was fun, I've only been a buyer before. 😁

By far the best of you pick ups for me would be The Sword Of Omens. Thundercats are always on my top 5 carton list. Might have to look for a local Toy Fair here. Fun seeing the familiar toys as well as the oddities like the Willow Bowl you picked up. There is a local Comic Con 30mins. away from me and also a very small one in my town later in the year, I love going to for the same reasons not to mention the Artist tables. Found some cool little metal figures this time around and had to pick up Ren & Stimpy, Rocko (Rocko's Modern Life), and Zero (Nightmare Before Christmas). Hope they have them there again next year they had quite a few more like Gizmo Duck, Darkwing Duck, The Genie from Aladdin, Slimer and still quite a few others.
I agree -- love seeing the oddies at toy fairs! Things you would just NEVER see in person at shops. Hope you are able to find those metal figures again!

Did you love your gorilla playset and actually play with it!?!?! I used to play with little sets as a girl all the time and loved it, but as a boy did you have the patience and imagination for it?? I feel like boys were dumb bums that just wanted to squish bugs and eat their snot so I can't bring myself to see boys playing with them for longer than 1 minute lol
@@LauraLegends Oh yeah, I played with them a lot, right next to my sister who had her Polly Pocket sets. But yeah, some of us boys can be dumb bums, but I was a poor kid, so we were forced to use our imagination more often than not. Our favorite thing was to imagine we were different animals or dinosaurs and run around the backyard playing Discovery Channel. Or the best was when we'd play Shark Week... we'd tie chicken legs to the planter hooks on the ceiling, and then "swim" up to them and chomp down on the hanging chicken legs while we did our best imitation of a Great White in slow-motion. Haha. Good times.

That Big JIm Gorilla kicks ass. I got one at a pawn shop. Great find. The tiger in Big Jim was used as Battle Cat and a whip weapon for Beast man. In fact Big Jim is a huge influence on MOTU.
Willow is awesome but Real Genius is the greatest Val Kilmer movie of all time!

Best item was definitely the mighty max playset. Super hard to find the playset anyways but to have the mini figures too is quite a bonus for only six bucks! Awesome score

"Squirmy Wormy" is called Hammerhead. He was a bounty hunter who came with a medium sized gun/rifle. Obi wan Kenobi is just missing a lightsaber(blue) and his plastic robe.

Atchhooo!!! Talk about a funny way to start a video! LOL I went to Ottawa ComicCon a few weeks ago and saw many actors and lots of toys to choose from, I love these events! I'm also gonna go to Toronto TFCon in July, which is about 5-6 hours away from my home!!! Gonna get up early for that one! Hope to buy a few more Transformers for my collection over there. I hope one day you'll be able to find a toy show more to your liking, sweet Laura! Always happy to watch your videos, kisses and hugs! XXXOOO

I had Big Jim karate dojo and rescue rig as a kiddo.. the best thing in both sets was the walkie talkie (rescue rig)
and that SW fig is Hammerhead a very underrated figure imho
