We just brought our 17JG home this weekend. We already have a list of upgrades we are considering. The thermostat was not on the list, but it is now. Thank you for the great idea!!
We love ours I have added some other upgrades in a video coming soon. Thanks for watching. The thermostat is waaaay better if you will be in colder weather
We have had our wolf pup 17JG out for one trip so far and we love it. Had a roof leak right off the bat that was fun! Looking forward to seeing your upgrades, I am already working on some myself.
Thanks for the info . Picking up ours in a few days . I was wondering how long the propane would last on a cold weekend . Looks like a tank should do .
I use a 2005 Silverado my wife followed in the van you see in this picture. Pilot will probably work taking it easy but will work hard on it if you head into mountain areas, good luck and happy camping
Just take it as it comes they all have flaws, just be as prepared as you can and have fun. You will want a new mattress for sure. Get wheel chocks that tighten and completely lock the wheels down that’s where most of the shake inside the camper comes from when set up
Cool deal man well picking up tomorrow I’ll let you know how the tow goes with the pilot and if your ever a round Nashville,Tennessee let me know I know some good places to go.
Thanks we have another trip in a few weeks and then we start hitting the road hard. Lots of upgrades being done at the moment. Just takes time and money
We actually towed with a 2005 Silverado 1500. My wife drove separately with the odyssey. We have towed our pop up with the odyssey. I think this camper would be to much for a mini van. You may could get away with it in perfect flat road conditions.
We are leaning towards purchasing this camper. We are tent campers currently. I have seen this camper in a Black Label upgrade. What do you think of that ? I am looking forward to your future videos.
Hi! Thanks for watching, we came from a pop up and it’s a huge upgrade so you will love it stepping up from a tent. My opinion on the black label is that it’s basically just a cosmetic look you are paying for that I couldn’t justify (even though it’s sexy) the few extra features such as different vent fan, power jack are not necessary and can be added cheap later. My final decision came down to maintenance. If you have a leak or ever need to get in the wall for a repair it’s simple to repair a aluminum sided camper. With the fiberglass it is a huge project and very hard to fix correctly. They would need to pack it full of bigger tanks and features for me to consider a black label..... but they are pretty
@@FollowingFreedom we purchased a Wolf pup 16BH. Just got it home yesterday. Today, it is snowing. I am looking forward to seeing your upgrades. If I can make a request... can you show a video as to how to use the propane quick connect. Thanks.
@@lyndaorm3965 I will do my best to put out a video including that this weekend. We have some rain here over the next few days but I did have a video in the works Ill add a quick look at how to use the quick connect for a grill or firepit.
Glad to see someone putting up some actual camping videos with the 17jg this is the one our family wants to buy.
More coming soon hopefully
Thank you guys from Quebec city , Canada !! Cool video !! I like it !!

We just had a lot of rain no leaks spotted yet. Where was your leak? And thanks for watching we have some trips and videos in the making soon
@@FollowingFreedom there was a small void in the sealant around the refrigerator roof vent.
Nice Job.
Thanks you. Getting ready for another trip in a few weeks
As of June 21... it's hard to find a JG in Texas. Thanks for this video sir. New sub.
That nighttime drone flight at the end was cool. 😎👍🇺🇸
ROFLMAO!

Easily will last a weekend mine will last a week fairly easily in cold cold weather. In mild to warm climates it will last several weeks easy
About to buy the 2022 16bhs and tow with my 2wd 2010 Honda Pilot. What vehicle did you use and what is your tow capacity

Thanks for the reply and words of wisdom on the camper any regrets or flaws I should look out for?

We're about to get the same camper. Thanks for the video 👍
Awesome, we are getting set for 2nd test trip. Great little camper. But be prepared for little fixes but so far it has exceeded my expectations
I noticed you towed with a Odyssey, how was the towing experience? Any wiggling? thanks

You tow it with an Odyssey?
