yes i think i got it..that hill in background is across cannaught ave from chisholm,took me awhile to “home in “ cause i had been in the taxi bizness from 1973/74 to 2016,so keep them coming !
at .15 i am thinking chisholm ave...did the big apart bldg have a fence there then,i see a comet i think with a cb antenna on it...i think i mighta known that person,as we were all into cb back then.
i am from halifax,n.s., but i cannot picture the scene from a few seconds in,the guy with baby,big wall in back,where was this at,more scenes are completly unknown to me,some look like mulgrave park,are u sure its all halifax..n.s. that is ?
The PUBS was respected and there was a lot of things for a child growing up there ! I miss those days on Federal ave ! Props to everyone !

Myers was his last name, he lived on the first floor, at the High rise 6701 Chisholm, he hung on his balcony with a CB, over looking Chisholm Ave.
