Good question. You definitely want to be careful about drinking any local water or having ice in India. However in those kinds of touristy restaurants they know that tourists don't want to drink local water. And so they will use ice they buy in a bag that's made from treated water. I don't know that 100% because I didn't ask them, but I was assuming that was the case. I don't always assume that though. At the very end of my Cairo walking tour video (this one: ua-cam.com/video/MyTM1ceL6Dw/v-deo.html) I bought some fresh juice. If you look closely you can see some ice floating on the top. I wasn't expecting it to have ice in it. And because I wasn't sure whether that shop would use ice from treated water I decided not to drink the juice. So it depends. If in doubt ask for no ice or else ask them where they get their ice from.

Hi Gabe. I noticed your lunch included salad and your slushy drink - crushed ice? Is it safe to eat raw fruits/veggies and have ice in your drink, while in India? PS - I enjoy your videos - thank you for sharing your adventures.
Good question. I don't worry about salads, either fruit or veggies, it's never been a problem for me. I'm more careful about ice. But in restaurants that serve foreign tourists it's typical they will use ice that's made from purified water, not local water. So it depends on the place. That restaurant seemed like a place that would use purified water.

Goa, formerly Portuguese! Very nice
Goa is soooo Gabe
Yes. I find it strange when Gabe vlogs from US. Haha.
Do you need a visa to travel to India from the states?
Yes. But you can also get the new e-visa in which case you don't need to mail your passport to the embassy, you can apply online.
Yes, but unlike other countries, Americans have the privilege of a 10 year tourist VISA to India. So please make use of this. I think Gabe has a 10 year VISA too.
Homeless Russian People's life here in India is much better than Homeless people in America I can see 👍 Everything in India is so affordable ,, You can have great life with minimum resources in India 🇮🇳

Hi My friend Gabriel. Another good content. We will be India in February. Plan is Delhi, Agra, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Jaisalmer and Udaipur. Can't wait to go and make contents about the beautiful country India. Take care yourself.
Thats the Golden trangle, the usual stuff. But you need ckeck out OOTY, kodaicanal, Himalayan Foothills and the Andaman Islands.
why delhi which will freezing in feb? ..i mean thats not tourist destination. other places are good in your list. south india or northenmost region will be best for vlogging.
vaibhav yeah you right but our flight is to Delhi and we will start from there.
Proud moment for 🇮🇳
8 of India's pristine beaches get the prestigious Blue Flag certification.
Govt. under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi ji is committed to furthering sustainable development in coastal regions.
You drank that lemonade - what sort of water are they using? Apparently you are meant to not touch ice/water or uncooked food.
If in doubt ask for no ice or else ask them where they get their ice from.
the background music feels so indian .. good job
We love India

I visited the Andamans in 2006. It was a crazy adventure getting there on a rusty old boat for two days from Chennai to Port Blair.
@Anthony Guarino Actually it's not like that IDK how was it in 2006 but now it's beautiful, hotels and resorts are everywhere, there is nothing such as tribals, whole island is control by government. It's completely safe!
@@harshpatel-3015 North Sentinel island is a place with a "tribe" (50 - 400 individuals) living there with no modern things. They use spears and arrows. Forbidden by law to visit that island. People tried visiting got killed.
Those islands should be part of Myanmar. or Thailand, Geographically those islands are far away from India
Best beach in India is the Radha Nagar beach at Havelock.

thank you for informations very nice video!
I would say goa is the best place in India
From Africa to India? Doesnt flying with a plane never tire you?
@Anthony Guarino that is understandable.. he has full commitment to the traveling lifestyle
note- never have food on goan beach.. take yourself on street and pick up nice restaurant. beach food is not that cool
For me... Goa is Heaven 😉😍
❤❤❤
:)

Goan local Christians Hate Hindu Indians and have a very evil intensions to rip off any tourists. They are criminal minded as that has been bred into them by their Portuguese masters. Any Indians travelling to Goa be ready to face hostilities from locals, travel in group and don't be afraid to pick a fight. Make first and decisive blows to these Christians to defend yourself.
Otherwise they will beat you and loot you, you have to be quicker and stronger than them.
