Risk Disclosure:
Futures and Forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
Hypothetical Performance Disclosure:
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below.
No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. for example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.

This video is worth rewatching over and over again.
I can't believe this video is free. Thank you so much, Mr. Brooks 🙏
Where can we buy your course it’s the only one that makes sense
I feel like everything is a scam
You are the first man I’ve seen being honest about trading principles .
Too much information , too many books and too many people pretending to be speculators when they are really just great social media marketers !!! Save me Al I can’t lose any more money from my sons mouth . It’s my responsibility to save my family from generational financial illiteracy. You saved me from wasting any more money when I realized no one else was breaking it down the way you do. You have no bias , it is all impartial price action recognition and I love it.
You are a blessing and I hope you indeed do this the rest of your life
Incredible content Al. I've been trading just over 3 years. It's been a grind but this year I've come a long ways. Paid for your course and I believe I'll be profitable this year.
Amazing as always. Definitely gonna buy the full Brooks Trading Course.
Love your work Al, one of the best opening range videos I have seen
Pure Gold.. Great techniques to size up the market movements on any day. Combining this with any leading indicators (pivots, market profile etc), you give yourself a great edge in the market. I'm gonna watch this again and again.
Are you using this in indian markets
@@user-fm8nj9zf3b AL price action techniques works for all instruments that has sufficient volume and certainly in Indian markets too.
@@srikajol can you guide me which of his techniques should i focus on as there is a vast ocean to learn from
Hey, if you are just starting out, here is something you can backtest and try to trade. Remember to keep stop loss at day's low for uptrend and days high for downtrend. Trade small quantities as per risk appetite and try out on stocks first.
1) Spike and channel price action when price opens above R1 standard pivot or H4 camarilla pivot for bullish trend. Vice-versa for downtrend (use S1 standard pivot and L4 camarilla pivot).
@@srikajolit doesn't work in Indian indices.
Amazing content, very useful, straight to the point. Al's microscopic analysis of the chart and individual bars is out of this world. Saving money to buy the course.
Course provides 100000 times more info than this video 🤩. I am a student.

At the end of the 18th bar, If a trader buys and sells the Emini at the same price and puts the stop-loss order below the low of the day and above the high of the day respectively, with risk to reward equal to 1, based on 90% probability @ 4:20, he/she would have a positive traders equation
Thank god for Mr. brooks !…. This is easily a 100k course !

Thanks Doc…from a junior Doc
Thank you Al. But if i trade the forex market, which time should i use to guess the high/low of the day?
U r a great teacher sir......
Thank you sir.
Thank You
Excelente
Thanks.
I am a newbie. This will help me understand more about the market. Wonder if this strategy applicable to Forex? Anyway, thanks for sharing this video Mr.Al Brooks.
Awesome 🌷
good morning mr Brook I was asking is the 7/12/18/bar rule also valid for the London opening? Thank you have a nice day
Priceless ..
yep, a priceless waste of the 10 minutes of watching. Which, not surprisingly, like so many other youtuber 'trader' videos, contained so many words to say so much of nothing.
Al you’re the man 🫡
Hello Al.. wanted to ask you a question in order to try and understand your thinking i guess.. considering that most people that become good traders usually did it for these reasons, either they were not getting paid well enough in their old job or they hated their job, or both.. which from the information that you have provided doesn't really apply to you as you already had a good job and career that was rewarding in more ways than money and you were part of a medical establishment which is considered to be prestigious and respected.. so I am wondering what was your main motivation to be a daytrader? is it just the intelectual challenge of it, or simply because you love it more than being a doctor or ..... ?
He explains in the remdesivir video
Is Al trading pre market?? Minis are open at 7?
Are you saying there's a 90% chance we see the High/Low of the day within first 90 mins of the open Or is the start of a new day? 12am. So if I'm trading Dow futures the market open is 9:30, by 11 there's a good chance the high/low of the day has already presented itself?
yes exactly
this is only in context ...u have to look the ATR also ,if hundered percent of the ATR is completed in the first 90 minute than u can take that as a high low other wise extension can be there and make new high and low
I'm confused too they refer the fisrt bar from 8:30 or 9:30?
Also this concept works during ranging scenario?
Also they are taking about 1st 10th bar entry as well if there is a high low formed?
I find that for intraday forex trend trading most important relevant (Guide)trend direction is ON 15 minute, 1h and 4h charts only-- For intraday trading weekly & monthly trends do not matter much(too far removed from intraday field of activity) & can be ignored. For simplicity sake if 15 minute ,1h & 4h trends are in the same direction, you have a trade set up in the same direction (one could fine tune entry 0n 5 minute charts). In general if daily candle be in the same direction for any trade it is better but not A must.--Sir, what do you have to say?
These appear to be 5 min candles, but what time does your new day start? E mini RTH = 0930 EST, but you seem to be 0630? I assume you are PCT?
I am new so forgive me if this is a dumb question, but does this primarily apply to large cab or MIDCAB or small cap stocks? Or does it much applied everything? I wasn't sure how much algorithmic training affected it.
Is this applicable towards equities, as opposed to futures, options, forex? I mean each market behaves differently.
I am confused at what time does he start counting the bars? 7am EST or CST or PST? or is this training seminar geared to Las Vegas time MST? What time do we start counting bars in EST, NY time?
Which period MA is used here? Is it 20 period?
I like Video Al I trade commodities rob.
Al, please help me with the math. For example, you speak of daily bars being made up of the smaller 5 min bars. Looking at one of your statements meads to confusion, for example. “90% of time, low tail of a bear day is created by a late reversal up.” Which means, by extension that “10% of time, a low tail of a bear day is created by something OTHeR than a late reversal up.”
But your next statement is that “10% of the time, top tail of a bear day is formed by late reversal down.”
The two “10%” statements don’t exactly correspond together and it is logically possible to form a reversal in the middle of the day. In other words, we have statements accounting for all possibilities amounting to MORE than 100%. That’s impossible.
Am I misunderstanding something here?
So the 18th bar can be a strategy all by itself.
What timeframe is he on when talking about the high or low of the day?
I'd like to ask if there are any traders who are consistently profitable with Albrooks price action.
GR8 INFDO THX BLESS
What software are you using that count bars please ?
Sir. Would the 18th bar apply to forex?
Thank you
Louai Major study if it is 2 legs or 3 legs. Treat it as flag or channel not trend.
Does anyone knows if the MA that Mr.Brooks is using in this video is 10 or 20 and if it’s a simple MA or if it’s Exponential? I’m not sure if I heard it in the video, I tried to search for it but couldn’t find it.
Its 20 Ema...
You can sell your position once it breaks this line from upside down
Thanks bro … I know you can accept the fact that I am calling you bro! 😂
Pure God
🙏🏻
I have a silly question…Why do days end at 1 PM on Al’s charts?
hes pacific time
what MA are those ?
Can these ideas be used during the overnight session ?
Only stocks
Does this also apply to Commodity or FX or cryptomakets since those are24h markets?
Yes it applies to all markets

Can you make a video on trading 1 min charts using price action?it will be helpful!
Please provide us more free courses ❤
15min 18th bar or 5min 18th bar

You say there is 81 five minutes candles in a day?
288 5min candles in a day.
81 candles is US Market 6 hours 45 minute trading session, candle 18 is 10:30am EST TIME 😊
Thank you for your GREAT videos, but is it possible, that your IQ is about250?? Basically all is logical, but very many information for beginners...
